I was a bouncer for 11 years..Maybe 3 times I went hand to hand and they were usually so drunk it was more about stepping aside and letting them fall on their face...Seriously it was about exciting as watching grass grow..Even when we had like death metal bands..Usually giving someone a death-stare got them to calm down.
@Janzer_ Right...Tv and movies make it seem like we spent all our time breaking and getting into fights all the time..But it really is a boring job...Minus seeing great live music..I was really bored most the time.

I have seen roadhouse about 150 times and still enjoy every second of it.... Great music Great storyline. Fantastic fight scenes. And the women back then..... 😮😮😮😮 They don't make them like that anymore!
dang it, i laughed until i cried on this one ! XD hahahahaha tim kennedy & mat best togheter was the funniest combo in a long while =D great comradery =D
I would love to see Mat and Tim get skateboarding lessons from Donut in downtown, clear a house of bad guys, and make a music video!! Oh, and of course a range day......with the boys and girls!!
Love the movie big country!!!! So the head butt thing .... only time I did that was when my brother came at me with a tomahawk.. drunk... lol ... So I head butt him... that stopped the whole thing

Oh y’all should do 55 days in Peking it’s about the siege of Peking in the boxer rebellion and the us marines defending Peking charlton heston is that one too
I watched the movie "The Big Country" and Gregory Peck was a man of a certain "non-violence" moral conviction. In some instances this perspective may work or prevail in defusing some situations. But sometimes violence is the only option to protect "life and limb. The hazing as Gregory Peck described at the hand of those Cowboys may.....or may not need to be met with violent force. Massad Ayoob in his book "In the Gravest Extreme" citing you can (or should) apply the same amount (or type) force being applied to you. Meaning, Fist to Fist, knife to knife, gun to gun and so forth. Even though Gregory Peck wasn't the Protagonist in this movie......in my book he was sort of a Wuss.
Tyler Grey describes it well. If there's a need for violence then it should be with the intent to kill, otherwise it's not worth it. You learn as a soldier in combat that the noble gestures are futile. If violence is a scale from 1 to 10 then you should go straight to 10 as soon as violence is necessary, otherwise you're simply giving your opponent the opportunity to scale higher than you, sooner than you, potentially (almost certainly with real violence) costing your life.
Anthony DeLong is the best stuntman of the 90s bar none! He's a total bad ass and a decent actor on top. He was sword master for all the tv shows and has so many iconic fight scenes. The Spanish rapier and dagger scene on Highlander The Series. The blade tipped boot in Roadhouse just to mention one of this cool scenes in that movie.
Sorry not a fan of Kennedy. Beyond his doltish gun control comments, he just seems unstable and obnoxious. Perhaps even full of it. I’m sure he’s a brave dude but he’s got Rob O’Neil vibes. That being said, he’s the most likable on these. Even shades of self awareness and humility. Which is great to see.
I am the guy in the big country, only I’m not successful. Also, Tim im almost certain I met you before. I think either my recruiter introduced us, super badass green beret by the name of Miguel fabiani, still a great friend of mine, or we may have served in the same guard unit, and I met you there. Were you at camp mabry in like 2012? Should’ve never gone guard, always go active kids. And go for what you wanna do no matter what. Don’t let recruiters tell you “you’re too smart for the infantry.” Infantry is the shit.
I feel as though Gregory Peck is the most iconic “what it means to be an actual respectable man” his portrayal as Atticus Finch in To Kill a Mockingbird has to be the greatest performance of all time
Let's gooo! I'd watcha 2 hour marathon of mat and tim all day
We have about 2 hours of Vets React with them in our playlist!

I’m so happy someone else knows about the big country. It’s always been my favorite movie since I watched it with my dad as a kid.
The scene in Interstellar with an old Murph on the hospital bed saying "Because my Dad promised me" gets me every time!
ah!!! Tim Kennedy!! love that dude! so awesome! good to see the best man is back!
Tim and Matt seriously always top tier
Literally
I understand Tim not wanting to spoil Big Country. I feel the same way about old Western movies.
It really is an iconic movie
He just wants to spoil your 2nd amendment
I haven't seen it, glad he didn't spoil it. I have it added to my watchlist now.
It’s a great movie.
The shootout in the movie Wind River, would be an awesome reaction for you guys
Noted!
Marines are robots?! How dare you speak exactly the truth at me! 🤣❤

Tim Kennedy is one of the craziest, funnest persons I know.
Haven't seen Tim in long while. Nice to see him

Tim and matt 1 bottle of whisky and a garage punchbag
And a pot of coffee
Coffee and America
😂😂 what a good time watching this. A special episode in that 5 minute banter.
Note on Roadhouse, the red-headed guy(actor: Red West) who fires first at the climax, was a close friend of Elvis Presleys!
I kind of want the full uncut top ways to die conversation lol
Maybe one day 👀
Definitely
19:01 they gave him the Peter Weller treatment 😂😂😂😂
Big Country is one of my favorites. My Dad told me that I need to be like Greg Peck in this movie. You get knocked down. You get up. EVERY TIME.
Hell yes! Been hoping for another Mat and Tim video!
They are always great together! Make sure you check out the previous episodes featuring Tim and Mat
@@BlackRifleCoffeeCompanyoh I definitely have. That’s why I was so pumped when I saw this pop up this morning

Tim Kennedy giving respect to Gregory Peck is awesome
You have to have Tim and Stumpf do this together>>>🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Great idea👀
Tim, due to your enthusiasm I skipped the Big County review to avoid spoilers but making a point to watch it.
Great movies 🎬
"you're too stupid to have a good time" is an all time fave line for sure.
You guys should do Danger Close and Siege of Jadotville.
Siege of Jadotville is underrated for sure!
both fantastic movies!

Great storyline.
Fantastic fight scenes.
And the women back then..... 😮😮😮😮
They don't make them like that anymore!
I know this show's about poking fun of how silly these movies are, but I genuinely love how much Tim fanboys out over the "Big Country."
Cant miss either of these two when they share time together.
Tim - "What? You never stabbed a dude with wood?"
Mat - "Which wood?"
Richard - "No comment."

Tim must of had an extra cup of coffee that mornin ☕️ LOL gonna have to watch big country
We can confirm there were a few cups of coffee consumed prior to this ☕🇺🇸
Why can't we have one of these with Tim Kennedy AND the CEO (Andy Stumpf)?
Solid idea
Now I have to watch 'The Big Country'. I've wondered what in Tim's life motivated him.
vote for brandon herrera
🤣🤣🤣 dude how much coffee did you chug before this video. Hahaha so awesome best video of 2023 👍👍👍
All of the coffee
@@BlackRifleCoffeeCompany there's never enough ☕
This whole episode reminded me of a Donut Operator vlog fever dream. Chaos with some basic guidance but I couldnt stop watching.
The redheaded guy that shot the bad guy first in Road House is none other than Elvis Presley’s friend and bodyguard Red West.
You guys missed the most epic fight scene in film history, from They Live. 😁
The South Park parody of it was hilarious.
I agree 'Big Country' is fantastic and a greatly misunderstood film.
Tim needs more energy, get him some more coffee!
Next episode the five or so minutes of them talking about ways they do and don’t want to die lol
Thanks all 3 of you for the video 👍🏻
LET’S FUCKIN GO!!! Mat Best and Tim Kennedy!!!
If you liked the big country you should check out 55 days at Peking
When will the episode with Jason and Patrick from Savage Actual air? :)

I will say, in Matt Damon's defense, he had been marooned on that planet for 35 years. I'm sure he'd gone a little crazy.
We need a video of all the outtakes and tangents they go on
Tim is outta control lmao
Always
Love the video, that dude in the middle needs to drink less caffeine though.
Marines are extremely well disciplined robots.
