Great to see you are looking at this type of feedback constructively.
Don't take the garbage thing personally, every reviewer has their little shtick they do in order to keep the video entertaining :)

I feel like this video should just be response to this video, the first 21minutes of the video where you don't talk and just watch the video and take notes, are unnecessary, you can just say at the start of the video if someone needs full context they should check out the description where you link the video you're responding to, otherwise it feels like you're stealing his content when you don't say anything and just play the video. The response part of the video was good and I think that should've been the only part that was included in the video

I disagree, even though I watched the video before this. I watched it a while before so the refresh was great. This is about his company and he has spent a decade working on it. I don’t think the customer made this to make money but rather to inform, thus he threw the keyboard in the trash, he is honest and not trying to make commission, he makes good money and he is content. I respect the civility and humanity and humility of the CEO. We need people like him leading our world. He was humble enough to even suggest that he would like him to try his product again and would even send him a new one. I think the reviewer probably really appreciated this wholesome approach, he also put a lot of thought and was thorough in his review. You are thinking about it from a creator’s perspective, 99% of viewers are not video creators, so we view it in terms of information. Most of us who will spend time watching the whole thing, we are interested and informed about the company so we know what we are here for. I really needed this wholesome response because now I am a lot more at ease about my purchase. I have no complaints; just a lot more confidence in the product and a lot more respect for both men😊

Saw this on an IG ad, and as a programmer as well, I checked out this guys review. Was really sick to see you respond to the feedback and I'm a huge fan of you and the product. Would love to give it a try :)

Literally had the exact same experience. IG ad > searching for YT reviews > original video > response video.
I’m honestly most impressed by the humility of the founder to do a video like this and take the criticism. Hopefully the company can continue to be this responsive to their customers as they grow, because this feels like a solid way to build a community. You obviously can’t make everyone happy, and you gotta protect your ability to earn a living, but kudos for the transparency and fixing a lot of the bugs!

Love the direction of this company and I'm loving seeing this sort of renaissance in input peripherals! As someone who switches between a lot of different tools (IDEs, DCCs, DAWs, game-engines, etc.) I one day await the perfect setup where I can type insanely fast (CharaChorder?), don't have to remove my hands from the board for low-mouse precision activities (CharaChorder+ integrated trackball/trackpad??), and have infinitely customizable programming for the keypad when doing hotkey + mouse/tablet heavy activities like drawing, 3D/sculpting, or gaming (I use a G13 for this, but it looks like CharaChorder can essentially bake this in as part of my keyboard and removes 1 more peripheral).

That's the one thing holding me back. If the company folds or whatever, I don't want to be stuck out in the cold with some proprietary device that I spent a lot of money on and can't update or fix. I understand this dude's reasoning, kind of.

I'm happy for this feedback, expect your final thoughts about closed software. Tesla is by no means open source, bad example. You should focus on the technology of your hardware and make the software open source, so people can tweak it for their liking.

Hey! About what you said regarding Shark tank and keyboard manufacturers, is this a good time to buy a CharaChorder One or should people wait a bit, maye a couple of months, to get better deals or quality?

I can feel how bad Riley’s feeling were when strager threw his charachorder to the trash! Seeing his "baby" thrown like that! But, that's how youtube works 😀
I ordered it last September after following charachorder for few months, but canceled it later after waiting for almost 2 months.
Right now, I am still considering to place my order again.

    Ehehehm, language enthusiast here!
Your keyboard indeed needs to be able to guess what the users is typing via a dictionary middleware,
and the consonants in the most common syllables need to be close to each other, like -tion, -less, -ness, con-.
