now i need to go get some felt LOL! this is awesome. Im new to sewing, i made my dog a over the collar bandana and now i wanted to do something with the extra fabric. these are SO easy and i feel like anyone new to sewing could definitely have a lot of fun with these.
I've made many coasters - would suggest that you wash and dry all fabric before using so that when you throw them in the washer they won't shrink at all. Also, the corners will be neater if you leave the gap in the seam in the middle of one of the sides. Easier to fold in neatly as well. Would also suggest topstitching 1/8" from the edges, then go back if you want and do another row 1/4" from that. Nice video!
Can you please share a link for batting? I'm trying to find on Amazon but not really sure witch one should I buy?! Thank you! Looking forward to make one 😊😊👍
Thank you for the idea but... I saw some mistakes. In how you cut, how you sew. But especially in where leave the hole for turn on the creation. NEVER in the angle, but always in the middle of one line. A straight line.
Coasters are very essential for dining and Ilike your methods of doing .thanks to both of you .
lovely idea-- you have inspired me. Thanks!
Love your beginner's friendly video. Please do more of them.
I love this. Best wishes and thanks from Berlin, Germany.

I have that same yellow fabric lol. Nice tutorial!
Great video! I would suggest pressing the entire coaster before the top stitch.
Great tip!
Just made this. Thank you!
Very comprehensive tutorial. I make 5 inch coasters all the time.
Thank you so much!

Welcome aboard!
That's so easy!
So cute!
Why couldn’t you sew it design sides out and put the felt in between them and sew it that way?
I haven’t sewn a lot and just am curious!
Great tutorial! Thank you!
You're very welcome!
This is such a great craft, Kelly! Your tutorials are easy to follow, you show every little step. Love it!
Thanks so much! 😊
If you’ll leave your turning hole in the middle of the side instead of at the corner it will be easier. 😊
Simple and looks amazing! I am going to try this. 😊
Hope you enjoyed the project!

Absolutely! Here you go - amzn.to/2PkQMBQ
If you know any quilters ask them for small pieces of batting.
What is the name of this white cloth??
Can you use flannel fabric for this?
Absolutely! Great material to work with on these!

What Sewing machine do you use? And what it’s called?
Hey there! I sew with a Brother XM2701 and love it! I would totally recommend starting with a base level Brother machine.
In india
We know this as "Loosni"
