    Here it is Christmas season again and I stumbled upon your excellent video tutorial. These coasters will make lovely little gifts for my sisters. I think I will use a contrasting fabric for the back so they will be reversible to something different. Merry Christmas and God Bless from Canada.

    in trying to organise all my fabric ive found myself just making tonnes of small crafts out of my scraps, because there are so many and i dont have space to store them, but i dont want to throw them out. I dont own any wadding or batting, however ive read that you can repurpose old fleece and use that instead? i have tonnes of old fleece pjs that i didnt want to throw away (im a hoarder haha), so i might use those instead,
    Thanks for the tutorial! 💖

    • @TheDressmakersCloset
      @TheDressmakersCloset  3 года назад

      Batting is usually made from cotton where wadding is usually man made fibre xxx

    What is "wadding"? My Granny used that term when she taught me to quilt. I didn't learn the word" batting" until later. I never thought to ask her what the difference was.
