Hi, Microsoft 365 does not give you a free email address. You can create a personalized email address by purchasing a custom domain through GoDaddy or use an existing custom domain. Microsoft is removing this feature after 30/11/2023. I preciously had Microsoft 2019 but upgraded to 365. After the installation of 365, when i click to open one of the apps, its still the 2019versions that open. Do i have to first uninstall the Office 2019?
I've been paying for the subscription for months now but, nowhere on my dashboard does it allow me to download the apps. It keeps bringing me back to my subscription page with no option to install or download apps... so frustrated. Tried following your steps but, doesnt have the install option.
Hi, try the following link : account.microsoft.com/services Once you open the link, you will see an option called "Install premium Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more) on your PC or Mac." You should be able to download through Office through there.

You need to uninstall Office 2010 first and restart.
Then install Microsoft 365.
