If you have have a Microsoft 365 Business license (Business Standard, Premium or Apps), you can install the Office apps on five different computers (PCs or Macs).
What if lets say I created users from my Business Standard? Can I install Office apps for each users computer? or do I have to pay for it?
I really hate how they changed microsoft programs. I remember the good ol days of Word already being installed on your new windows pc

Hi, Carlos Is the Exchange Plan 1 just an Email account? And does it offer a desktop Outlook app? Or just web mail?
Hi Felix, it is only the email service. It does not offer the Outlook app for your desktop, only Outlook on the web. Thank you!
Thank you. Once I do everything you explain. I assume all related data files are stored locally on my device. My question is, will I also be able to sync that data with other devices on which I install MS 365, and with Mobile Outlook?
Hi Alejandro, when working with Office on your desktop, you files are generally saved on your local drive, however you can also save your files in the cloud (OneDrive) and sync them with other devices. You will need to install and use the OneDrive app on your computer. Hope it helps. Thank you.

I wanna ask you a question, why Office 365 doesn't have Visio and Project included? in my case I've already downloaded an ISO file of MS Office 365 but didn't find Visio and Project.
Hi Taoufik, if you want to use Visio and/or MS Project on your desktop, you will need to purchase separate license for each of them. They do not come as part of the Office apps, however, you can still use the Visio web version. You can search for it within all your apps via portal.office.com. Hope it helps.

What if I must join a teams meeting with other user, such as a job email address? My office 365 will still work?
Yes, it should work with no issues. Your Office apps will remain activated with the user that you used to activate the apps. You can verify this user by accessing any app and click on File > Office Accounts> then check the account/user under "Subscription product".

Hi, I am not familiar with the specific message. Please be aware that you need at least a MS 365 Business Business Std or Business Apps to download and install the Office apps. Thank you.
Is it possible to install office in other disk (not in C:)?
As far as I know Office 365 can only be installed on the disc where system is installed. I have read about some tricks to go around but honestly I am not familiar with them. Sorry :(

Under 'Install apps' I only get to see the 'Other install options' . The 'Premium office apps' option is not available to me even though I signed up and paid for it. I am so desparate. Why can I not download the software?
What type of MS 365 license do you have? You need at least MS 365 Std to have the option to download the Office apps. Thanks!
If I have office 2019 installed with Outlook configured, is it possible to install this and will it overwrite the old office or do I have to completely uninstall Office 2019 before? Thanks

Can you help me to download the word app to desktop. I followed your method but it dont work
If you have a MS 365 Business subscription, all the apps download together. As far as I know, you can't only download Word without downloading the other Office apps. Thank you.
