Another straight to the point review without the bs that other reviewers go on and on about. That thermal test was significant though. Every light I get over 2K lumens burns my damn hands. I can't imagine a 7K lumen light not getting ridiculously hot. Youve got me sold.
I worked at Olight I just want to tell you guys some things - if the charger doesn't work take out the battery completely out and put it back in, if it's still not working unplug the charger from the wall and plug it back, never sit the flashlight upside touching the charger on the bottom always sit it down sideways if you want to use it to light a room and you want to sit it up make sure it's clean surface and sit it on a book or something similar.
Thank-you!! Your comment helped me fix my charging issue! Turns out I needed to screw the battery cap just a hair further before the charger engaged! Much appreciated !! Amazing device ! Absolutely love it!
Your reviews are always the deciding factor in my purchase of a new flashlight. $4K later in olight flashlights Thanks for the great review. I'm surprised that is stays so cool during use that's impressive to say the least.

Great Light but hate proprietary batteries. Tempted anyway. Would definitely pull the trigger on a high CRI version. Fantastic driver in this light managing heat/output over quite a long period!
Thanks for the comparison with the Javelot Mini! I was wondering about that. I like your reviews, and I agree… a high-power UV light from Olight would be nice.
Thank Prepared Guy for this HELPFUL review video. I have one question please. So far, you have had it for more than 18 months, does its battery still HOLD a lot of CHARGE after being charged? From my experience, all the non industrial standard rechargeable batteries will hold very Little Charge after one year. That's why I have hold off buying this light for so long. I wish it used standard 1850 batteries instead. Thanks again.
@@PreparedGuy Thanks for your prompt reply it helps me a lot in making an informed decision of buying this light. I believe this information also helps all of your viewers.
Where's your video on this light then? You seem to have put a lot of time into writing about it but I went to your channel and you have no videos. If your going to chime in to someones channel with what is basically you're own full review you should at least put in the effort to create a full review video. Is there some place we can see the details of your comment played out on video?
I personally don't mind the chime in. The more information people can share about a product the better. Everyone will experience a product differently.
Great review! Love your review style. Looks like a cool flashlight, but I can’t seem to get over the fact that the lens is plastic, not glass. Why? Why?
Glass retains heat longer and gets hotter than plastic. Plastic does the same job,Is slightly more drop resistant and cools down and releases heat faster. I hope that helps answer you're question. Thanks for the support 😎👍
@blade1535 still awesome. It lives in my day backpack and goes most places i do. The color emitters are nice and bright and the throw and flood options do their jobs efficiently. The cri isnt by any stretch of the imagination close to a nichia 519 but thats come to be expected of Olight. Ita a jack of all trades does does them well enough. Itll be accompanying me on a 4 day hike in the Adirondack in a few months
I see the seeker 3 pro has a pocket clip. Is that something that came with it or is tgat something you bought separately. I just got a murauder mini and a seeker 3 pro and I didn't get a pocket clip. I loved the pocket clip on my warrior mini 2 but it broke.
@@JCreole that's actually a good question, but unfortunately Thrunite doesn't make anything like this. Its and either or situation but not a combination of throw and flood. The catapult pro is an excellent option for a decent mix of throw and a little bit of flood. That's as close as they get from the Thrunite flashlight that I have had experience with here in the channel.
@@PreparedGuy Catapult Pro is a weapon! Absolutely destroys every light it compares to on paper. Heaps of RUclips comparison's. The Marauder Mini is definitely in a league of its own (spot & flood) thanks for the reviews mate
You pan way too fast left and right. Almost herky jerky. Slow and steady left and right is how you can actually see things. You don't have to go all over the place. Go slow and focus on a few things.
I was going to buy this light. But then I find out that it's just a dildo with a built in flashlight. Honestly I really wanted to love this light. But the vibration that does nothing but eat your battery as well as being just another thing that can break, is a big deal breaker. It's gimmicky crap like this that really makes me wonder what Olight is thinking when they do this kinda crap. Why add worthless crap to a flashlight that is going to do nothing but break, take up more battery and turn people off from buying it. Thanks for the review though, Im just so upset with Olight.
It only vibrates when it's low on power. How often do you run your lights on low that you have to worry about wearing out a vibrating component? Literally any feature CAN break, by your logic nobody would ever add any features because it COULD break. People just like to whine about anything, good grief you're wasting a day of your short life being upset over nothing
@@evocati6523 Still electric is going thru another component. And a small bump could break it. (Like when I dropped my phone an inch high on my laptop keyboard, needed to change the screen..🙄) Vibration would fit more on the tactical gears, not search lights.
The vibration is literally one of the coolest features on the flashlight. Using up battery, are you really telling me that the battery usage of a very faint vibration is the thing that worries you in a 7000 lumen flashlight? Jesus christ insane people can't stop complaining about the craziest things.
@@PreparedGuy ok, but for 7,000 lumins it didn’t look so bright at least by those pictures to me, but I’m sure it’s probably a very nice flashlight . Take care.

Just waiting for the postie to deliver mine the perfect companion for my seeker 3 Pro. 👍🏻 Sweet review as always 🙂
Awesome video! Thanks for the great demo! Looks really awesome!
Good suggestion, a UV light would have been great! But yeah it’s pretty awesome as it. Thanks for the video ✌️😇✌️
As long as they use a proper 365nm LED not the junk purple ones in their other UV lights. Adding UV would make it the perfect night tracking light
Ordered the orange ;) - great video thanks
Just got my on the 23 yeee can't wait to get it on my hand
I don’t need one but I want it

thats a shame strobe doesnt work in the rgb modes, it would be too easy for people to prentend they are a cop i guess and pull people over
My orange version is on order

That's a pocket clip is purchased separately but it's on the Olight website, I believe it was like five bucks or something like that.
Very good and informativ demo 💪 Thx 🙏

Which high mode give mire run time flood or spot light
I'm about to order an orange one in 27 minutes

Yeah I think that this would have been the best one to have a C-Type on sinces it's a smaller EDC style.
