Hi Rob. Recently came across a video on Facebook on BLADE. Listens and learned. Question for now. I recently was informed I have a slipped disc. Its not surgical I am told but PT was recommended. How could your program be incorporated in my perrsonal program. Fat loss is my main mission. Thoughts?
Sir I have a problem in my calf I'm getting some serious pain on my left side calf are used to do deadlifts squard along time ago I don't know how to fix that I've tried my best so many statues exercise massages still is not going away so
I lost faith in this guy. Take NOTE he never answers your questions. I asked a question long ago and to be sure he saw it I asked the same question on 2 of his videos, one older and one newer, but never got an answer. I figured "Busy" was involved until I noticed he didn't answer others questions. Like I said I lost faith in this guy!
