Nice job on the video, and on diagnosing/repairing the issue. Another potential leak source is the plastic sheet that covers the interior of the door, just behind the interior door panel.
Never thought of that problem on my 2000 Honda civic when water leaked into the floor from the driver side front. I couldn’t find it and didn’t think of the roof gutter leak going thru the pillar. I don’t have the car anymore though.

Yeah I had a pretty bad leak similar to this on my volvo 240, and had to do a lot of rust repair

That can be a problem the water on the floor can rust into the floorboards

Also not nice if the water leak at the A post seeps into your computer. The way that these roof rails attach to the roof can also create leaks.
