I have the s10 plus, and I absolutely recommend this phone for the price you can get it in. The display is incredible, cameras are great, has a headphone jack and an sd card slot and performance is plenty snappy with no real lag. I bought it used from amazon, unboxed it and it was in excellent condition.

mannnn, i wish i didnt buy xiaomi 10T non pro for just under 400 bucks. i mean nothing is wrong kinda.. so i upgraded from xiaomi redmi 10x 5g, this phone was fast nothing wrong, thought the only game i play is Pixel gun 3d, its a pretty good game and its like 3 GB so its gotta be good, 100 mil downloads..I'm mentioning this game for later. But when i use yt on that phone the quality is sooo bad, even if i change it to 720p its like..idk how to explain it, its not normal prob bc my phone came from china it did say china ROM. anyways i got the xiaomi 10T non pro model and had 144hz refresh, snapdragon 865, decent camera but idc bout camera. It was fine, RUclips was normal quality, but in gaming.. FUUUUUC.. for some reson it lags even tho its snap 865. and my prev phone did not lag and it only 60hz rfsh and a weird chipset, something 820.. however when i put it on 144 hz rfsh it kinda fixes it.. still lag spikes tho. and another peculiar thing is when i play mc on it its waaay smother then mc on my prev phone redmi 10x 5g... WTH is goin onnn. why cant my new phone run my fav game Pixel gun 3d. now im wondering if i should have just bought a USA phone and not stinkiy chinese phone to save money.

I find it kind of funny. I upgraded to my S10 from an S8+ two years ago and I seriously think the devices have become so good that I don't need to upgrade again for at least another 2 years. The jump from S8 to S10 I felt was HUGE, my S8 was becoming dated and sluggish, which you could expect from a 2 year old Android device. But comparing my S10 to an S21 or even my Tab S7, it still feels brand new, it doesn't feel like a 2 year old device. Outside of very slight hiccups because I unfortunately have an exynos model, I have had absolutely no reason to upgrade.

I think the S10 was Samsung's last great looking phone. The camera was in the right place for me, centered and balanced, the resolution is great. It has a headphone jack, which I still use. Can't take a long plane trip with wireless headphones. I've upgraded since then, better cameras as I take a lot of photos as a hobby, but don't like the look of them, however. If I had to choose between a new $250 device and an S10, I'd get the S10.

@@habeebahmustapha2623 while I really liked the look of the S10, I never had one. I went from an S7 to a Galaxy 20FE. The cameras on it are in the corner, not centered which I hate, but with a low profile case on it, it sits flat on a table. While it doesn't have a headphone jack, I got a small adapter that lets me use the charging port as a headphone jack. The S20 series may be Samsung's last with an SD card slot and I love SD expandable storage. I thought Samsung would keep them to be more flexable than Apple but no. Not sure what my next phone will be. I'm not in a rush to switch phones unless something takes my breath away.

I've always thought that the S20 "minus" was a lame successor to the S10. Sure, it was more powerful, had a larger battery, maybe the photos had a slightly better quality. But there were no real Galaxy S-model innovations except for 5G support (not included in all S20 models), 8K video resolution (who needs that seriously?) and 120 Hz. But you had to sacrifice the 1440p display resolution for the higher refresh rate. The S10 was the last well-rounded "compact" Samsung flagship phone that also had no camera bump or plastic back yet. One thing you missed is the battery! Amazon Renewed requires the battery to be at 80%. So, battery life will only get worse. You won't be able to go through an entire day without charging. You'll likely have to carry a battery pack. Or pay $75 to get a new battery. Which means you comprise the phone's adhesive and many third party repair places do not put a new adhesive when changing the battery.

I'm not a mobile gamer so I don't need 120hz refresh rate, 5G won't be a thing in my area for awhile and the prices are still high for it in my area, and I won't go back to 1080p, plus the S10 has a headphone jack and microSD card slot. It has an elite camera setup shooting 4k at 60 plus it does 1080p at 30 60 and 240 fps! It has reverse wireless charging and a outstanding 1440p dynamic amoled panel! The phone just got the one ui 4.1 update based on Android 12 and although it is just getting started there are a shitload of new features. There is also samsung dex so the thing is a desktop p.c as well. The ONLY thing missing from the s20 and up is the 120hz refresh rate and tbh you can fiddle with the animations and improve the refresh rate but if you see the s10 plus panel you will understand that the refresh rate is not a big deal in this case. You can get a unlocked s10 plus or s10 ... oh yeah you can get a s10e for 180 dollars . Thats the price of a plastic a12 budget phone laggy piece of garbage in comparison. Bought this last year to replace my s7. Spec-wise it's great but everything else is a downgrade; its default weather app is full of bugs, keeps asking me for permission, and the ADS, the lack of a physical home button means that it just takes longer to close an app, bixsy is useless and can't be rebinded, the curved touchscreen makes the screen look bad is just makes the touchscreen harder to use. At this point I'm thinking of just switching to an iPhone. Forgot to mention, it's missing an LED light on the front so missed messages often get ignored.

I saw this channel after many months. I used to watch this channel in late 2020 for a51 reviews. Now when YT recommended me this channel after a long time and I heard his voice I felt very relaxing.

In this video it said it rivals with 2021 phones! Where you not listening to how good this phone is? Ofc the s10 is better, it shouldn’t even be a comparison

My favorite Samsung Galaxy phones to date, I bought the S10e SD855 at launch and love it, I still have it as a backup to my S10+ SD 855 I bought a year ½ ago because the price was great and for me the performance, speed and features are still more than I need, displays are amazing and yes, headphone jack is still a welcomed feature, both phones still run as good as they did when new which is impressive, both are extremely fast, snappy and still have an elegant design and build quality that doesn't feel dated, these are still great phones in my experience.

Is the S10 better than A51?

  • @mwbgaming28

There are 2 big compromises with the S10, battery capacity and durability
Both if which I fixed with my power modded S10 plus, I added a 14,000mah battery, and a 3D printed case to fix both of those problems
As for updates, I'd avoid it, they keep adding shit and slowing down your phone

This is the best s series phone i ever used, pre ordered the middle variant when it came used for 2 plus years, traded it for s21 when the warranty expired but didnt like the 21 and saw a s10+ deal and switched back to it.
