My opinion of the S10 Plus is the size is great. I got this for an EXTREMELY great deal with the trade in of my Note 8. The Samsung Note 8 had so many customizing features for nearly everything. The S10 Plus does not, unless I'm missing something. Let's take text messaging. In the Note 8 there were customization features that allowed each contact to have a custom color. Not in the S10 Plus. I also can't customize my text bubble to any shape except what is there, just a line dividing the texted msgs. I miss the customization features in the Note 8. The S10 Plus is somewhat generic. A bit disappointed, but doable. It is fast, not that the Note 8 was slow. Would have waited for the Note 10, but after researching the S10 Plus, I found that the Note 10 was even larger than the Note 8. I guess this phone was mostly designed for its camera and perhaps gaming.

If you have a current phone, then you might be able to trade it in for credit off. I traded in my galaxy s7 edge for my s10e and it went from $750 to $500 and trust me it's worth ittt.
I'd recommend the gesture mode. There has been a history of the navigation icons burning into the screen over time due their static nature. By using the gestures you will not have those static icons and you will not run into those burn in issues.
I had to repost this because RUclips glitched out and wouldn't let the other video post. If you already watched this, please watch it again as it helps a lot!!
The gestures are personal opinion . They are just fine imo. However, I use goodlock for a swipe back from left side of screen to the right like apple . Unlike Apple this is truly system wide. I Set the setting to be short and long swipe from left to right then I set a Diagonal swipe upwards from left to right for recents the same way and left the native home swipe. Also used fully transparency so you don’t see the bars. Its amazing , and Apple is dead to me now . Had iphones since the iphone4. This is my first galaxy and my first android phone and I am loving it. Apple will have to do a lot to get me back. Give me multi window, give me customizable gestures, give me a cheaper price, give me expandable storage, give me more customization.... at the pace Apple goes it’s going to take them 20 years of updates just to catch up to the features on the galaxy S 10.
Hi Brandon: whenever I get a new phone, I watch lots of videos about what my new phone is, or maybe, all about: when I got my S10, I was so disapointed at the battery life: smaller battery than my S9 plus! Shocking! However, after watching your video and implementing your recomendations, my S10 is miles better on battery life (the night mode feature is particularly clever). So thank you for saving my confidence in my S10 purchase. You are so ahead of the game, best cell phone reveiwer on the web, and deserve all the credit you receive. Thank you. Kevin Hill.

Im 14 and i have 400 saved up for the galaxy s10e
Wow! Well, keep saving up! Maybe ask your parents if there are chores you can do or see if they'll let you mow neighbors lawns! Thanks for watching, Jose!
If you have a current phone, then you might be able to trade it in for credit off. I traded in my galaxy s7 edge for my s10e and it went from $750 to $500 and trust me it's worth ittt.
Good tip!
Nicely done. I hope you get the phone soon.
Congrats on the video. You actually showed me hidden features not like the other 2 videos that popped up before yours.
Only thing I didn't know about was the two fingers slide down for direct access to the shortcuts panel, thanks!
I'd recommend the gesture mode. There has been a history of the navigation icons burning into the screen over time due their static nature. By using the gestures you will not have those static icons and you will not run into those burn in issues.
Had an s8 for 3 years now just got my s10+ and wow! What an upgrade phenomenal performance and the cameras are insane Samsung's one ui is awesome
The animations setting update to .5 is highly underrated. It made a huge difference in it feeling alot faster. I love that tip that best!
Finally, a video that is actually helpful. Been on Apple for a couple years, needed a refresher. Thanks bud
The gestures rock. You just need to get used to it. Gives you more screen.
Sure
I'm using them too, very good indeed
Just got the S10+ been with iPhone since the 4. This is liberating.
In Germany S10 came out today and it costs only 799€ instead of 899€ already
Dang, I'm jealous!
s10 or s10 plus?
@A wow, that's crazy!!
@@romansm3682 regular s10
In Denmark the S10+ cost what would be 1300 US dollars.

I just got my Samsung s10+ and I really love it 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Same here 👍👍👍
I am gonna Quit apple 😳😭
I use the gestures for the function buttons and I love it
I had to repost this because RUclips glitched out and wouldn't let the other video post.
@@daboxer181 so true 👏
Ok
You can swipe your hand from right to left to take a screen shot. It's awesome.
This time you wrote "one handed" Right 👏
lol, yup
Gestures with hints off is the only way to use the phone imo, Makes it cleaner and gives you a little more screen when in apps.
I recently left iPhone so I'm watching these videos lol
I love the small one handed mode. So nice
Why doesn't mine show pin this app
Search for "pin windows" in settings!

Thank you!
Thank you. Kevin Hill.
