A story you'd never of thought was real. Unbelievable how they completely changed his life and he theirs. Without them he'd probably be dead and without him they'd just be another rich family. Truly amazing.
This movie has totally changed my life, I've watched it like ten times and cried my eyes out each time. Hard to believe that there are people like that in this sick world we live in, your actions scream much louder than any sermon ever could, God bless you for allowing the movie to be made!

Wow! What an amazing host of the show! They are very lucky to have such a humble hearted man hosting their show. All his words, opinions and questions were all positive and uplifting! High five to that host! Need more positive and optimist hosts like that on alot of shows and tv interviews. :)

I just watched "The Blind Side" for the second time. What a wonderful, TRUE story about people opening their hearts to love and care for a person they didn't even really know. God bless the Tuohys and Michael Oher! I'm a Chicago Bears fan, but I'll be rooting for Michael's success, and that he will use his popularity and status to be a blessing to others.
Mike Huckabee did a really great job of interviewing, that I've ever seen. He asked very well thought out questions. He let the family member answer to the point of the viewer understanding, and he never talked over the top of them. What a great family..... I think this is a family that you just instantly fall in love with. SUCH GOOD PEOPLE.
I read Michael Oher's book post-movie and I loved it as much as the movie, but with a reality spin to it. Opportunity does not come knocking at your door often, but the truth is, M. O. was an integral, full of goodness young man, who was not afraid to open that door.
As a person of Islamic faith, I was very moved by this movie,and by the Tuohy family. I truly believe in the humanity of us all and that, independent of what faith we subscribe to, we can all get along, Christians, Jews, Muslims and people of other faith based communities. We can all take care of and help each other. Thank you, Tuohy family and God bless you all.

Let me tell you there are plenty of Christian families that are like this. At my church there are many many families that do stuff like this and go on church missionaries to help and feed the poor. Don’t believe what the media tells you. Christians really are great people.

What a great family to help other families {Christians } to rethink ' love others as you love yourself ' ! That's a tall order { commandment } and it would take The Lord Jesus to fulfill that in us . We naturally are selfish in our own strength and we all know it . Hopefully this will be repeated many times over in America and around the world .

OMG was about to point this out bc he talks about how great they are etc, but who knows if he's the one that turns his back each time he sees a black or hispanic kid on the streets. But Leigh Anne said it at the end "there are a lot of Michaels out there" Is very easily judge these kids and turn your back to them, without questioning how they grew up and what could've been of their life if they have other opportunities.Sometimes rich or/and white ppl don't see this
I hate when they try to paint Sean and LeAnn as saints. That was not the point of the movie. It’s easy to throw your money at people. It’s quite another to give your trust and love to someone. Looking from the outside this family had it all. All the privilege and success in the world but still something was missing from their family. They just weren’t totally fulfilled. Micheal was the missing link. Micheal completed the puzzle. They needed him so much more than he needed them. That’s what really made the story beautiful & unique.

watching this just makes me feel ashamed how quickly I am to judge americans when i see the bad side of them. Of course there are good americans as well. There are good and bad people everywhere. I just wish that the world had more of people like this family and would not judge a whole group by the actions of a few. I literally have a tear in my eye. And I'm a man.
