People living in shanty towns have no fire service. They are aware enough to be responsible for their own level of risk. If the lowest income inhabitants rely on some uniformed idiot telling them to stay put when there’s obvious danger, what can I say?
Emergency services will always have radios working, otherwise how can they communicate with each other in situations like this ? but for some reason, only on 911 and Grenfell Tower, the radios were cut out...hmmm, I wonder why ?
