I feel like I lived a similar life. Grew up homeless, mom on meth/heroine, always running from something (landlord, repossessions, her shitbag boyfriends, etc), could never have girls around because that shit was embarrassing.
I do feel 'lucky' because I was able to join the military and made it out of that shit life. I do struggle with some of the baggage that comes with serving in combat, but being confronted with unwanted memories of war is infinitely better than being surrounded by shady junkies, users, and professional pessimists.
Just remember to try your damnedest not to make the same mistakes the adults made to fuck your childhood up and things will be better, even if only incrementally. Also, try to keep your problems yours. Don't take from or hurt others just because you are struggling. That will only drag others down with you and kill your self worth in the process.
I really hope anyone who reads this knows there is always hope to drag yourself out of your situation and you can always improve yourself even if you feel like you don't deserve it or can't succeed.
