What happen at this time at barca showed that he lacked work rate to throw of defenders. When he was first there he worked hard and made alot of runs and was very successful. But because of this weight he couldn't keep this up game after game. Adama down fall is he gained too much weight which decreased this work rate on the field. Football fans dont understand that work rate also equals elusiveness. Because it means you can be anyplace on the field at any time, CR7 was like this.
