- I love making amp racks, especially good looking ones. This is an amp rack for the Honda Jazz upgrade project, and it was done over the Easter holiday a few hours every day for a week or so.

Wowww this is super clean and amazing 🫶🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽💯💯💯🫡🫡💯
Very nice work! And good components.. I believe it's the first time I seen cables glued and not using zip ties, looks very clean.
Thanks, that was brilliant ) from that video i underwriting how to connecting external Bluetooth
Nice, very, very nice !
Excellent work sir as always
Awesome ❤❤
Clean and looks beautiful!
Absolutely superb! I appreciate that you are capable of criticizing yourself to continually push the quality of your work forward. Many lack this ability.
This came out great. Excellent work.
Very nicely done !
I shouldve made my own rcas this time around. that alone would've made my install cleaner. I do envy the space and clearance you guys have in cars. Behind the seat of my truck is really cramped and has multiple things you have to make clearance for. So 3 amps power distribution dsp and wiring looks messy but realistically is quite orderly
Yep, it's always better to have space for activities. It is not always the case even in our cars, but this time I got lucky😊
First time viewer here, amazing work. So satisfying to watch, thank you sir!
Great, now I can't even look at my wiring after watching this. 😢😢
Excellent work as usual Nerijus 👏🏿
😅
Super glue?..🤔 Dont know if I love that, I mean.. I guess it works, but I always like to be able to remove/move, adjusting, repair, or just fck around with stuff.. but, its clean, cant deny that. 😁
Those hdp4 amps are pretty beast. 150x4 or 500x2
7.53 i think your problem is the bend is to near the end of the wire, maybe if there was a 1/2" or 1" after the bend the wire ferrule would look nicer? look good and clean
Cool
Nerijus, great video as usual. Where did you get the Van Damme cable roll. I’ve had a look and can only find terminated lengths. You’ve given me the confidence to make my own RCA’s.
eBay sells by the meter.
Looks like a circuit board enlarged! Very nice. Are you getting noise from the power wires so close to the rcas?
I never had any noise issues with modern equipment ..
Awesome. I guess I showed my age on that one lol. Great video.
You could have avoided the twist at the bend by separating the positive and negative between both bends. That way they can flex is if they are independent stands.
I might try that next time👍
Are you maybe thinking of doing a color change? You could probably paint the amp and DSP covers so that they match. Maybe do all three in black or silver or grey? Maybe even repaint the Bluetooth device.
Maybe. I wanted to throw in some blue (the car is blue) but to me it didn't look good.
Can you put links or keywords for all the aliexpress or/and other accessories you bought? I couldn't find the distribution block or any of it. Will donate $5 for all of you valuable content. Thank you so much for your work. Or you can just take screenshot of it if it's too much work.

great video and nice work... Can you do a dsp tune for me ? thanks
Yes I could. Email rawcaraudiotuning@gmail.com
Como hiciste oara que quedara fijo los cables de alimentación?
All.the information is in the video👍
Would hot glue work better than the glue you used? Great work!
In hot conditions especially in the trunk hot glue might melt. I would not use it.
@@RAW-CAt What glue you used?
@@daniloreyes2 CA glue, also known as super glue .
What type of vinyl is that? I want to order some, but i am not sure what exact vinyl that one is
Look up "faux leather adhesive" on AliExpress.
How do you think, is remote signal will be enough to from OEM multimedia or only cable from ACC ?
It IS enough, everything is installed and playing with no issues.
Yo yo, i thought you were over 'clean'
That is not for me. Mine is a mess😅
Eeeer in electronic terms usually not good to wire power wire side by side with signals.
In theory maybe yes. In practice using modern equipment it's not an issue.
Just one problem. Nice amp rack by the way. But it would have been better to use amps with "integrated" DSP's in them than a seperate stand alone DSP. Why? Because DSP's create an electronic signal but you are using analog connections with the RCA wires. When doing that you defeat the purpose of the DSP by using an analog connection instead of using a Toslink/Fiber Optics connection. Which is hard to do since 99% of all amps made only use analog inputs. That's why if spending the money, get an integrated amp with DSP included. You should be able to figure out a configurtion that does not cost you any more money, or not much more anyway and you'll end up with a superior SQ system.
Yes you are right that there are better and cleaner options. The problem is that when we started building the system, the owner was not sure if he will want to progress, so we started with a 5ch amp. Now when everything is bought ,the DSP and amps cost us just over 500 pounds. If we look at a 6ch dsp + a small monoblock, that will be at least 800 pounds. Discrete setup like this allows us to expand much cheaper and without replacing everything.
I’d be very curious to find out how long that super glue will hold that wire in place
My personal install heald for a year and I had to use quite a lot of force when ripping everything out. CA glue does not unstick.
usually i've seen people trying to avoid placing RCAs too close to the power wires, is that not a concern for you?
I am not concerned with 20 year old myths😉
Do you not Shield your cables?
Which ones? RCAs are shielded.
What kind of glue are you using? A glue gun or "super glue"
Super glue with activator.
Hi, I watched your video and was totally impressed by your amazing videos. Is there a possibility to sponsor with good quality car stereo?

I'm interesting to know your opinion: my system pioneer 730bt + dsp amplifier. 730bt have Bluetooth. Or will be better if made Bluetooth like in your system, straight to dsp, avoiding double conversation of signal ?
That depends on the BT receiver. The ones in head units are extremely poor quality. If you can get a receiver that supports AptxHD (and your phone can support that as well) then the external BT will be superior in quality.
@@RAW-CAt Which BT receivers would you recommend? Both for AptxHD supported and not supported compatabilities.

End gang
Not cool bro. Why did you have to go and make my setup look like trash...lol.
Looks great!
where did you get the braided cable sheathing?
Everything is from AliExpress. Look for one with cotton:

@@RAW-CAt is this safe in the engine compartment with the PET blend? What do you use in the engine compartment if not?
@@chef_yt the braid is only on the amp rack.
Most of car in pssound he is always used front sub can we use an under seat subwoofer in front seat ?
You can👍
@@RAW-CAt plz suggest me a underseat subwoofer whose play 50 to 150
You should decide whether or not you actually need a front mounted sub. Don't just assume you do because other people do it. 👍
@@surajbhan6549 really anything will play that range. Even the active slim boxes. As long as you have the ability to tune it, EQ and time align.
why not drill holes on the panel and run the cables underneath.much cleaner .you can hardly see any cables.
I don't like hiding the cables. Cables are pretty, no need to hide them 😍
@@RAW-CAt ok.its a preference too.
That's actually a bad design. You never want to have power wires near RCS's
Why is that?
@RAW-CAt The RCA's can pick up noise from the power wires. Speaker wires don't matter at all, they won't pickup, or induce noise.
@RAW-CAt Same as when you're running RCA's from the head unit to the amps, you wanna keep the RCA'S on one side of the car power on the other side to minimize signal interference.
@@ThePhatGuy1776 Maybe that was the case 20 years ago, but not now. That DSP has 6V out and the RCA cable is shielded. I NEVER had any issues with noise.
@RAW-CAt 20 years ago or 20 days ago, it doesn't change science... As a matter of fact, a lot of the s*** made 20 years ago, is better then what's made today, facts!!! Kind of like, my great grandpapy said before he left this s***** world sometimes you may walk through dog s*** And not even realize it, untell you do...🤷
So much wrong with this. This is only if all you care about is install quality. I care the sound quality. I can't see that shit at 135db while I'm driving!!😮😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Yes, this is a showpiece meant to look pretty. Not really sure what is wrong with that🤔
