  • These three exercises done in this order can help you improve and maintain muscle function throughout the day.
    Starting off with the 3-angle calf raise - this exercise reminds your ankles, knees, and hips that they can rotate and stabilize together.
    The next exercise, The Assisted Squat, is a great way to engage both legs together and strengthen the thigh muscles. These muscles often become weak due to underuse sitting all day long.
    In the last exercise, The Wall Stretch, you'll be improving how your pelvis, lower back, and mid-back function together in extension. This overhead upper body extension move can help you open up tight shoulders and activate those crucial postural muscles that support you while sitting or moving all day long.

    Ther is a study that the foot position doesnt matter when doing calf raises
