The Expanse is so dang good! I wish I could read it for the first time again! What a treat!

I’ll have to check out annihilation that sounds so good. I loved the expanse series. The first book I enjoyed but the series really just gets better as you read on and get more attached to the characters and get to see more of the scope of it. I’m happy to hear you’re enjoying sci-fi though 🎉 I’m currently reading the tainted cup and really loving it so I can’t wait to hear your thoughts on that one

🤪”I’m a weird girl and I like weird books” 😂 Annihilation is on my list of books to read maybe this summer. I finished the 2 Benjamin Stevenson mystery books and enjoyed both of them between a 3 and 4 out of 5. The first one being much more gruesome 😳 than the second. Enjoyed the vlog!

It's the best time
I watched the whole Expanse tv series on Amazon Prime and loved it!! I didn’t know I liked space operas until that series. When the series ended there were a couple more books being released that wasn’t covered in the show. I had to know how it ended so I read the last 2 or 3 books in the series to find out. I also read the .5 releases which are short stories. I hope you like the series too 😊.

Hera is one I might get to eventually. That book is beautiful! Excited to hear your thoughts on Killers of a Certain Age. That was recommended to me recently due to it having an older female protagonist. Chlorine sounds fantastic! Evocations also sounds amazing.

This morning, I finished The Light Pirate by Lily Brooks-Dalton. I never dreamed I would be giving it five stars. It is slow moving, but it is hard to put down and so scary in that it could happen (minus the magical aspect), especially with the weather as it's been around the world now.
I've never heard of that one, I will have to look it up
As a weird girl who likes weird books, you might like Iain Reid's stuff like I'm Thinking Of Ending Things.

Have you read the tower ans the hive series by Anne McCaffrey it starts with The Rowan it's old Sci fi with a sprinkle of whimsy and a shard of dark.

@@ReadingNymph Ive only read a few, they’re a bit like Jane Austen but with a bit more of an action plot. Nerdi Kathi does a good video on Georgette heyer and Miranda mills reads a lot on her channel. Stephen fry loves her which is the only reason I picked one up because…well… Stephen fry.

@@ReadingNymph I’ve only read a 3 and she wrote millions (50ish😁) they’re usually cheap on kindle. Stephen fry recommended the reluctant widow, the grand sophy and Venetia are suppose to be good. They’re pretty short and quick reads so they might be good for your readathon or as a short book to read along side a mahousive one 😁

If you are interested in unusual books I recently bought a book called The Turnglass by Gareth Rubin. It is two books in one and you have to turn the book to read the second part. I haven't read it yet but I love collecting unusual books 😊

As a reader from Sweden I gave From Below 2 stars. The facts are incorrect is the biggest flaw. They say the marine biology is non-existant. That is not true. I don't like when they get facts wrong about my home country :/. Like your vlogs though
