So, I did unofficially participate in the readathon. I finally finished Jane Eyre. I read "When Among Crows" by Veronica Roth, which is like 200 pages. I'm about to finish Sunbringer, so I'm continuing on with a series. I did some yard work, and I always have a coffee, so that's a given 😂 Oh, and I ordered Evocation yesterday, and I'm so excited and glad you liked it! Loved the video!
I enjoyed this video so much. I am now going to order Evocation. I wanted to see what your thoughts on it were before getting it. I listen to thunderstorms when I read as well. I can have the tv on, but I get too distracted by it at times, so I found listening to thunderstorms way more relaxing. I also loved Charlotte on Netflix, their love story is so beautifully told. I loved seeing your kitty too 😊 I couldn't find the crystal ball for some reason so posting stars instead because of all the pretty foiling on the book 🌌🌠🌌🌠
The romance really made Evocation for me, tbh. I haven't read Dowry yet, but it's on my list for October. (I know it's not necessary, but I wanted to read the original Dracula anyway, so I read that first.) On the day, I actually ended up going out w my friends to a coffee shop and we played pinball. I spent the morning reading, but I didn't finish any book. 😅 🔮
