I've messed up cheesecakes a few times and I believe it's probably because it is cooking too much. Maybe try to reduce the baking time by a few minutes.

마트에파는 플레인200g 짜리랑 맛이 비슷할까용? 네모블럭은 산미가 있어서 마트200g짜리 늘 해먹는데.. 요것도 비슷한지 궁금하네요
마트거 보다 필라델피아중 독일산 이 제품이 산미가 제일 약하고 담백하고 부드러운거 같아요 .부드러워서 빵에 발라 먹기도 좋고요 😊
