Alcohol is something that has never been very important to me. Now that I have an insulin intolerance I shouldn't have alcohol at all. Luckily in my teens I decided not to give in to peer pressure and not smoke or drink or do any other things that are not good for you. Now that I am in my 60's I am so happy that I don't have to try to get off those bad habits. I have seen so many people fight the addictions. Congratulations to you for giving up alcohol, trust me your body will thank you as you get older.

Right i agree with u helga n i don't drink alcohol like that bcuz it can destroy brain cells like u said i was always on my spiritual journey but i eat meat 🍖 but only clean meat sista such as beef, chicken, lamb etc, i know this girl i told u about who smokes cigarettes i tried to tell her to stop but to no avail😢.

You can't change her. There is nothing wrong with eating clean meat anyway as long as they are being fed with the right food they're supposed to consume and no injections.

Have you ever did a search about unclean foods in the bible? The Bible tells you exactly what you can eat and not eat. Especially Shrimp or any sea bugs. It's exactly like eating a cockroach 🪳. Ewwwwwww

2. Stopped drinking alcohol.
3. Stopped eating meat.
4. Lost weight, lost alcoholic friends.
5. Transformed into a spiritual being fighting against demons who are coming out from the underground.

P.S.: please, consider not telling your therapist that you hear voices in your head, s/he will charge you more for that! 🤣😅
