    Still amazes me that the Antonov even though it’s the 124 can still get off the ground such a cool plane and so big and super heavy glad I could see it live great video Kevin always happy to see a plane like this at LAX such a cool looking plane to wish I could’ve been at LAX to see it in person with you

    Quite uplifting! Was sorry to not be able to watch it live with everyone. The JetBlash™️ must have been insane. I hope they checked afterwards for any blown over runway lights. I’m sure all the gift box confetti was blown clear to Nevada. Thanks for the great videography and narration and the pop-up stream. You are the AN-124 of aviation streamers! 😊

    I saw this at LAX once.
    It was parked next to a 747.
    Let me tell you, it makes a 747 look like a Cessna.

    Man, I wish I knew about this beforehand or I would have gone to LAX to see it. You can see SOFI stadium in the background when it starts its takeoff.

      Seems this specific aircraft did land at the shuttle landing facility, so it’s most definitely the MVac nozzles

      After today's Vandenberg Launch (5/28/24) I think it was ESA's EarthCare sattellite coming from Belgium, stopping at LAX for customs, otw to VSFB. But I'm not sure.

      @@charliechristmas5147 no, aircraft plant is in Kyiv Ukraine. AN225 was built in Kyiv and was completely destroyed by russian rocket near Kyiv
      Mykolaiv holds the line in the war against Russia

      Probably MVac engine nozzles for SpaceX. They hired an An124 for an urgent ferry mission out to Florida

    This was not the larger Antonov-AN which I believe was destroyed in the current Ukraine war. That plane was more impressive in size and power. Had six engines.

    I've seen one take of from a military base in Singapore that at least had a decent load on board; it took the whole runway to get off the ground. That one was clearly empty, nothing exciting there...yawn!!!

      This was UR-82007, it belongs to Antonov Airlines, an UKRAINIAN Airline (as you could see from the Ukrainian Colours on its Livery).
