The 747 go-around was epic.....literally feet above the runway. Then that angle of climb and the turn over Dockweiler......I saw it live and was like a little kid on Christmas morning. Thanks for catching it......Hopefully I'll see you either this weekend or next at Clutter's.
A little kid on Christmas morning, is an excellent description of both Josh and Peter. Their sense of wonder has not diminished over the time of their channel.
You must have a hell of a lens. Why not in the parking lot closer to the airport? I enjoyed you show. I live near SJC, but I dont think we have a good viewing area.
Hi, new plane spotter/av geek here. What is this, “L.A. Flights” channel? Is there someone that does live broadcasts of LAX traffic? May I please get some more information? Also, #TeamStripes 🤣😂
@@workinonit4752 Thanks! I wasn’t sure since they included the 747 landing but not the a380, and that’s a long livestream to comb through for one plane.
I remember on the north side of the LAX, it has 2 runways, the left is for takeoff, the right is for landing. Why do they only use one runway recently?
#Teamstrips because Condor needed a livery to differentiate itself from Lufthansa and from the whole Thomas Cook collapse. Go to a German beach and what do you notice? Stripes. On Lighthouses, Beach chairs, towels. To Germans Stripes = Holiday.
It's because it isn't completely level. Depending on runway length, site where built, terrain contours, etc., runways will often undulate (or, have a an end-to-end longitudinal slope). Most runways will have some variation in height (grade). However, airport runway engineering standards limit the amount of variation permissible.
Come on!!! Moments like these are what plane spotting is all about in my opinion… who doesn’t love a go around!? (Apart from passengers… lol).
2 go arounds are insane
Especially by the same airliner
@@isaacbabb6910 and by the two of the biggest & most inconic passenger Airplanes make it even better.
Same Airline, Same Airport, Same Runway, Same Day.
Time to go play lotto.

Cool to see the A380 engine exhaust spew out as they push up the throttle for the go-around 0:53
How have I not seen this channel? Planes landing and taking off never gets old. WOW, New Sub
Welcome to the club!
Nice to seeing the Go Arounds of the Korean Air A380 and B747. Thank you so much for sharing, hopefully will see you tomorrow.
When I was watching the live stream yesterday, I was not expecting for to go around from the king of the sky in the queen of the sky 😳😳
that second go-around with the
Unbelievable!!! Thank you Peter and Joshua for capturing that.
Joshua and Peter, you never disappoint. The "Best" aviation show on RUclips!!!
What a beast that a380 is!
Man they PLANTED those tires
Did they ever find out why the 747 went around?
Awesome! You guys make
Planespotting awesome and fun!

Dang, rough landing! At least they're on the ground.
how awesome to see in the same day!!!
simply perfection camera skills! Amazing Josh
"That was a no-frills touchdown!"😁😂
was Fantastic to watch live, Thanks Brothers!
King and Queen of the skies both doing a go around on the same day for L.A FLIGHTS
The 747 go around was long on the landing, not by much, but enough that it made the pilot uncomfortable.
Love The crazy brothers catching the action.
Great shots, LAI!
I thoroughly enjoy your enthusiasm. Subscribed!
You guys are the best....
Epic catches guys! 👌
Love how excited they get over a go around. Their excitement is soooo contagious and fun!!
Simply epic.
It never disappoints any planes will do unexpected go around!
Awesome video ✈💞
Thank You
Love your enthusiasm ❤🎉
You can't blame the United. That is the controller... they seem to be cutting it way too close A LOT lately
It's a good lesson to not jump to conclusions. It's so easy to see something and automatically lay blame. But there's way more going on.
LAX is actually conservative compared to say SFO. You don't see drag races or parallel landings at LAX.
The controller didn't do anything wrong. There was a coyote on the runway that stopped the departure from rolling.
as a controller i can tell you, that wasnt "too close" at all. the A380 could have landed legally.
That's cool! Greeting from Boston.
Fantastic.... Your reaction was great too 😁👍👍
Incredible guys. I wonder anyone was able to find out the reason for that second go around. Yeah they were mere feet off the runway.
greatt, nice airplane spotting video..
Great commentary!
Team stripes all the way!!
That was awesome!
Where is exactly located that you can get this view?
great
Oh wow that was insane, first the wildlife lookout and then cargo lux, I would have, could have sworn it was going to land. # team Peter , sorry Josh
Cool
wow, that was epic
Totally epic!!!!
KE11: well, KE17 got to do a go around, so I'm going to have some fun too...
You guys are like Kirk Herbstreit and Lee Corso of airplane spotting! 😂😂😂
I’m an Elite member of almost 7 months. If I upgrade, will it keep me at my membership months or take me back to the beginning?

Put it in the other post…did the Korean pilots need TOGA practice? Crazy that both Koreans’ (super and the queen) went around.
Hi from Egypt
Did the A380 come back around and land, or did it divert?
It came back around and landed.
@@workinonit4752 Thanks! I wasn’t sure since they included the 747 landing but not the a380, and that’s a long livestream to comb through for one plane.
It was still overcast with the 380, but it was a solid landing when they came back.@@FlybyStardancer
You forgot the A380 second try though. 😢
That's gotta feel surreal
I remember on the north side of the LAX, it has 2 runways, the left is for takeoff, the right is for landing. Why do they only use one runway recently?
Construction has the 24R closed. So they only have 1 runway on the north side.
I'm gonna guess it's cuz of the coyote situation, imagine how upsetting a go-around would be to the passengers who just wanna get home.
#Teamstrips because Condor needed a livery to differentiate itself from Lufthansa and from the whole Thomas Cook collapse. Go to a German beach and what do you notice? Stripes. On Lighthouses, Beach chairs, towels. To Germans Stripes = Holiday.
coyote on the runway caused a go around
Both Korean air
跑道好像海浪
You mean go around 2 time and 3rd attempt he landed
Why isn't the runway completely level...it looks wavy
Because it isn't lol, airport runways have something called slope, they're almost never leveled
Distortion from the zoom lens

1:50 Coyote Down!
Another thing there the same airline Korean air XD
Not live
Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to dramatized. Chill guys...
Jeez I wasn’t the first to comment 😅
too much talking
Yeah, I was expecting them to "cut to commercials" and "when we come back we'll have more of this tv style drivel".
Not A Coyote... Just another dog that United Lost ???
Planes have to make go around because the wind direction can change that's fact
PITIFUL END TO A SHOW.. VERY POOR!
