Hundreds audition, but only a select group will secure spots in the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders training camp. DCC director Kelli Finglass and head choreographer Judy Trammell oversee the intense audition process and decide which hopefuls will make the team.

@@BIGBOYMATD Lacey is one of the best high kickers in DCC history. I don't know why they never brought her back to help teach the kickline.

@@BIGBOYMATD Lacey kicking herself in the face has got to be one of the most iconic moments in the show's history. Kelli said she has been on this team for a very long time and she has never seen someone kick so much to th point where they kick themselves in the face.

Poor Daphne. I hate that she had to go out this way. Daphne is a phenomenal dancer coming from UCLA Spirit Team one of the top college teams. Its really sad. ACL injuries are usually one of the most difficult injuries to come back from. It has ended so many careers. I hope Daphne is able to come back but personally I think she should've taken this season off. She was obviously not 100% and it showed. I don't think Kelli and Judy would've had a problem with her taking the season off. Daphne should've taken this season off. Get better and come back next year and blow everyone out of the water. Now she might be gone permanent. Just sad cause I saw Daphne was a future group leader and maybe even point.
If she has the surgery to fix this one, and do all the things to heal both.. Could she come back and try out next year?
@@h06anbjo ACL injury takes at least a year to heal. I think we just saw the last of Daphne. Bummer.
@@reneelewis9346 Depending on how bad the injury is it could be more. ACL injury healing time could go as long as 15 months.

@@reneelewis9346 I really feel for Daphne. I don't know if she will come back. Its really up in the air right now. Even Melissa Rycrofy said she is a real asset to the team.

If Daphne hasn't had surgery on her right knee then it is possible that she was overworking the left one to compensate and in a intense environment like TC it is no wonder that her body would give out ... It is very sad for her she is a gorgeous and talented dancer. Hope to see her next year !

I’ve torn an ACL. I can’t believe she was dancing on that after a few months of rehab. It is so scary and painful, the knee buckles so suddenly. Hope she is feeling better.

I love DCC so much and think they are the best at everything they do but as a life long competitive cheerleader I think of them as a dance team rather then a cheer team so I really appreciate that they point out Evan miller’s competitive cheer experiences and how it makes him more precise and powerful. And I love love love that moment when they highlight that wide second split because I actually remember him hitting that motion in that episode and thinking ok that was soooo cheer and I’m here for it. I love when they show the girls tumbling too. I just wish NFL cheerleaders still did stunts.
The ladies on this season & last are Absolutely Fantabulous & fierce.
I’m loving the new series, gutted maddies gone but live the new rookies xxx

Outstanding show!!! I'm an alumni NFL cheerleader I'm in my mid 50s this is nothing new because we did the same stretched style back in the early 1990s the choreographer that we had he danced on Broadway and also he did some choreography with the Rockettes so when she was demonstrating the stretch. she said that was her Secret very interesting because we did the same leg stretch up against the wall when I was at NFL cheerleader back in the early 1990s.

No, it takes longer for these things to heal on their own IF they do.

She didn't get cut. She just had to leave. It think she was even set to become second leader
What's Judy's purpose? They always have guest choreographers and they use a lot of the same traditional routines.
Last week I commented on how Kelly and Judy were wearing the same clothes. So let's see if they really taped every DCC overtime on the same day. Check the thumbnail every week.

Omgosh Kelli and Judy are finally nicer! It only took 15 seasons lol😂 I understand it can be aggravating and stressful to have tryouts, but these women are putting their hearts on their sleeves and trying out while being on tv, sorry that's hard.

Alora Rose didn't left over the vaccine but to audition for the Rockettes, she didn't make it
The ACL can be a career ending injury. Not so much for a younger player or cheerleader but an older one might not come back from it. Even then the knee is never quite as good as it once was. I remember when Michael Irvin went down with that neck injury in Philadelphia and he came to the point where he had to wonder if it was worth it to play anymore. Daphne might be facing the same thing. If she injures either one of her knees a second time it could be far worse for her in the long run.
