Hundreds audition, but only a select group will secure spots in the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders training camp. DCC director Kelli Finglass and head choreographer Judy Trammell oversee the intense audition process and decide which hopefuls will make the team.

Am I the only one who just loves Judy’s hair slowly getting lighter. These two are aging with so much grace and I love it. Especially when going back to early seasons ❤️

Jalyn deserved it, she’s been so undarrated since her 2nd year, she si easily one of the top dancers from the squad, even better than Amber, Caroline or Rachel, i dont get how K&J never noticed her.

I've been a Cowboys fan since I was about 12 years old. I heard my dad say that he couldn't stand them, so of course rebel me decided they were my new favorite team. (Roger S. days lol) But that just grew my fan-ness. So when y'all started the DCC Making the Team show, I was an instant fan. I have bought every. single. season. from Amazon, and I rewatch them often. I was so happy for Kat this year. She's a sweetheart. And I just gotta say this, my GOAT DCC is and will always be MADDIE!!!!!! What an absolute beauty she is both inside and out. Neil M's comment about her the first year she tried out... well you know. But a determined little curly haired dancer came back made him eat those words didn't she? 😂
Anyway, I suppose I've rambled on enough. Congrats for creating a platform that demonstrates how hard these young women work at perfecting their performances on the field and the amazing things they do off the field. Good job Kelli and Judy.

I love seeing them do Thunderstruck at weddings. Don't worry guys there are plenty DCC weddings come up. Lots of DCCs are getting. Marissa, Alanna, Amber, Simone, KayDianna and there's more but I really can't remember right now. It feels so good to see Kat make show group. She should be proud of herself. That's a huge accomplishment. Rookie Kat would've never made show group but she has improved so much. I'm happy so see Jalyn back on show group. I was also glad to see her get a second group leader position too.

I jumped up and down in my room when they called Kat's name for show group during the episode lol. I'm soo happy for her, she's going to do great in show group!!

There were SO many great moments this week idk how they even picked the spotlight between Jalen and Gina who used to be real snobby and then kat (who did so so so well on her interview which kind of reminds me of 50-yard-line Kelsey 😂) and her shock that she made it and the happiness of the other girls. Also it’s great that Kelli is super strict with the girls when it comes to attitude and accountability and teaching them to be humble and not get complacent, because it’s really really really refreshing as a young woman to see other grown and successful women being supportive of each other. Can’t wait to watch the full episode and see the media training interviews. I miss the interviews that used to be part of the auditions!! We got to know all the girls a little bit better and some of the bloopers were so cringeworthy!!

Kitty looks so much better with one color hair. Her red / blond streaks aged her beyond her years and her blond hair looks great. Jalyn looks like she got veneers and her smile looks great!

I really like Ava, I just love her presence and dance style that is very DCC. I know her social media posts showed real immaturity and poor judgment but K&J have shown Grace to other imperfect rookies for other reasons, i.e. Meredith and Kat. What do you all think? I also hope Lea makes it.

I don’t understand why Lea is still at the bottom? She gets called out by guest choreographers all the time. Is that because she doesn’t have the “DCC look”? I really like her, I think she is one of the strongest and love her look.
I think it’s more to do with the frequency of great moments this week, she just wasn’t the star, I mean show group auditions really aren’t for the rookies, it’s to celebrate veterans, the rookies if they make it are just an added bonus.
They are judged on so much more than just their dancing. Getting called out by a guest is great but what about the other nights.
I think the thing with lea is while she is a great dancer she just has a tendency to kind of fade into the background. But I think what got her over the edge was her ability to apply corrections, her work ethic, and a strong foundation and musicality that the squad needs. And personally I think Lea is just more soft-spoken than some other rookies like Kadyanna, or Klein or Tyra, that’s not a bad thing it’s just when you’re surrounded by very powerful personalities more people tend to pay attention to that than someone who kind of fades. I think she’s a great dancer I think she’s a very good teammate and she’s very stunning and fun to look at when she dances. at the end of the day This is a reality show and maybe she didn’t give the producers a lot to work with so that’s why she kinda does it have much screen time.

Does anyone know why Victoria and Maddie left?
In Maddie's case it is that most DCC move on after their 5th year. She also had knee surgery earlier this year that probably played a role in her retirement.
Victoria retired over personal reasons but is planning to audition again in 2022
Did anyone see the leader board on the episode with Travis Wall? Alora-Rose was the highest scored dancer in the entire training camp?! She’s amazing, but are we going to find out in an upcoming episode that she resigns to go back to the Rockettes?

She literally had a birthday this week and was super active on social media. Def doesn’t look pregnant. I think it may just be a mental health thing. You could tell from the first season where she auditioned and didn’t make it that she has a lot of anxiety so maybe that’s it

@@fbueller girl idk. Maybe she didn't come back because she didn't wanna get vaccinated. I don't blame her if that's the case. I'm just surprised they haven't even mentioned her it's like she never even existed and that's sad because she was a great cheerleader.
I don’t think so I don’t even think they announced that she was taking the year off maybe because she is coming back next year that’s why they didn’t feel the need to address it
but at the same time the amount of comments I’ve seen about her saying she was pregnant is just ignorant like it’s none of our business if she is or if she isn’t all we know is she took it off for personal reasons and she’ll be back next year.
