I heat my oatmeal with milk, than add a lil maple syrup, walnuts, and fresh blueberries every morning. Truly tasty, healthy, satisfying.
Yum! I just experimented this morning with mine. Added pumpkin seeds, chopped dates and strawberries.. a spoonful of almond spread (which made it taste like cinnamon) it was a nice mix!
I added a whisked egg to mine (to boost the protein element and make it creamier), added berries and walnuts plus chopped apple. What a treat!
amazing channel man. respect for the evidence based aproach
Very useful. I add some Red River cereals that contains rye and flaxseeds to my oatmeal. Extra tummy and great texture. Try it. Red River cereal comes in a box that usually stands next to oatmeal on the grocery shelf.
Love the display of the studies to back all your claims. Thank you.
Great information. I really appreciate that you presented it matter-of-factly rather than with a bunch of animation and a cheesy music bed.
Have oatmeal almost every morning with flaxseed and cinnamon and honey thank you so much God bless 🙏
Excellent for anyone who is on The Mediterranean Diet, And A Person Who Is A Pestarcian.

Thanks for the info...Godbless.
There are some great oatmeal with very little to no sugar. Requires just ten minutes of stove cooking. I bought Quaker Instant Oatmeal to have a healthier diet because of a diabetic scare, but one day I took note of the nutrition label which had 12G of sugar along with the carbs turning to sugar. I thought it would be healthy because it's oatmeal. Since then I've learned more about how to read the nutrition label. Take a look--why aren't daily percentage values for sugar listed? It's on purpose! The average American consumes about 72 grams of sugar per day; that's about 18 teaspoons (1 teaspoon == 4G)! We should be aiming for 28G, or 7 teaspoons. The lesser, the better. Did you know there are at least fifty different sugar names? I'm not a tin foil anti-sugar nutjob, but researching the food industry, pharmas, and corporations of how they take advantage of us is amazing.
@@gracie3174 Thank you!
I eat oatmeal everyday with walnuts, pecans, blueberries, rasberries and blackberries; and it takes about 7 hours before I start feeling hungry. During those hours I am able to move like Legolas. My vigor is greater than Nimrod's, who ate a lot of meat. Try it!
My recipe is mixed nuts, cinnamon, blueberries or raspberries not both, honey, a cap of vanilla extract, & whole milk. I boil the oats alone, then everything while its still hot & mix & serve.
Haha haha
Did you take a huge dump?
I add boiling water to the organic oats and a pinch of sea flower salt. Sometimes two walnuts too. The taste of the sea for breakfast 😋
Excellent video!

I love oatmeal. Are the instant or 1 minute as good as the regular?
I Eat Oatmeals Because Helps Me With My Digestion and Is Filling.
Thank you
In the US, conventionally-grown oats are sprayed with ROUND-UP, just before harvest, to make them dry faster.
ROUND-UP is known to cause Non-Hodgkins lymphoma; US courts gmhave already ordered millions in payments.
ORGANIC OATS are NOT treated with ROUND-UP, so buying ORGANIC OATS is well-worth the extra cost.
I don't know if the EU or other countries allow spraying oats with Round-Up.
Any idea if they lower testosterone?
Is the brand 'quaker' (instant oats) made in the US..??
Thank you..
Regards from greece :)
I don't know what they spray on it but it smells awful
Just ate my bowl 🥣 of some good oatmeal I had sun 🍏 slices in mine and sum sausage links with my coffee and boy 😋 me full!!!! And it’ll help with digestion issues!
Hello, could an expert tell me what software i can use to create similair videos in that presentation style?
beginnerfriendly if possible :) ty
Love me some oatmeal! Pre workout meal! Gives me lots of energy!
Oatmeal will give you diabetes because your saliva immediately transforms it into glucose while you're chewing on it. It will cause glycation in your red blood cells. The nutrients that do exist in oatmeal are inaccessible by the human digestive system which means that you are basically eating sugar which is very bad for your health.
Amen
I'm gonna go eat oatmeal now
Also amazing for acid reflux. I tend to wake up in the middle of sleep due to the burning acid feeling at the back of my throat. Oats before sleep has been helpful for me.
hey you guys......please do a vid on how healthy processed soy products are!!! I would really be curious what you think......thanx...... : D
Thankful n good God’s blessings
Thanks
Excellent presentation about oatmeal. Thank you, guys.
1/2 cup dry equals 150 not 300 calories from what I've read. If you cook 1/2 cup oats in water, it expands to about 1 cup cooked and it is 150 calories.
I do oats and banana smoothie with cinnamon, coconut milk and nutmeg each morning and at times I omit the coconut milk. No honey because the banana is my sweetener, few seeds like chia or ground flax or nuts. It is 😋.
Dear God, your turds must be horrendous.😅
I love my porridge with a sprinkling of ground cinnamon on it. Mmmmmm x
And sugar and butter and milk and berries
@@jbooks888 , You just throw the kitchen sink at it.💪🏾

That was a lot of good data backing up the video. It’s so important to eat healthy otherwise you end up on destructive meds.

I love oatmeal! Have to switch sugar for fruit to sweeten a bit.
I eat it every day with raisins
@@PInk77W1 dear god you’re insane
@@noshadownolight some days with dried blueberries but they are way more expensive than raisins
I love oats. I add vanilla flavored almond milk to cook them and add a generous amount of cinnamon. Perfect taste and no additional sugar added outside of the amount contain in the almond milk.
Have you tried Alpino oats, specifically the chocolate flavor? It's delicious and ready to eat without any baking required. It's the best oats I've ever had!
I use Organic ones from Aldi 👍🏻 no sugar or honey, add blueberries and chia seeds. Use 1 mug of water and half a mug of unsweetened almond milk, which in the UK is a lot safer.
I add a tea spoon of Grape jelly and peanut butter and mix it all up. Its very good.
I pour a cup of quick oats and a scoop of protein powder in the blender every day. Great carbs and good protein. And a lot of fiber
You are destined for insulin resistance, diabetes and overall glycation of your red blood cells.
Oatmeal with apple 🍎 and cinnamon. Dont know if anyone was asking

I put 2 cups of oats in premade cookie mix… I don’t know if it makes it any healthier but they’re good lol
I had a constipation problem. I quit eating cheese and all dairy except butter. I started eating organic course cut rolled oats with coconut milk, raisens, prunes, some walnuts, pumpkin seeds raw, and raw sunflower seeds and a half banana. I heat it all together in a pot and put 8n a big spoon of raw honey and nutmeg and cinnamon. It's delicous! Let me know what you think if you get a chance. Thanks.
According to Google oats are half the calories cooked than raw. Are the calories given on steel cut oats raw form ? I assume it may be like bacon 100 cal pc raw, 50 cal cooked.
There's a reason your granny always ate porridge!
Because it was cheap.
So she could poop?

Because she had lost her teeth and her sense of taste.
Are these health benefits for rolled oats or steel cut oats?
My favorite is Bob’s Red Mill gluten free rolled oats.
I hate oatmeal, so I’m eating a bowl while watching this so I know it’s good for me
You eat bowls instead of the oatmeal?
😂😂😂😂
I blend mind in the morning with avocado drink it job done
You blend your mind? Far out bro!
Thank you 💖
I like my oatmeal with brown sugar, cinnamon, cream, raisins, and a side of bacon.
i eat quaker oats twice a day.. is it healthy i have heart problem
2:12 - you should look into multiple day fasting in relation to diabetes. There are studies and they are far from what I'd have expected
Are quick oats as nutritious as regular oats?
Never seen an oat with nutrition that high. What superbrand must you be referring to?
Ohh that sounds good I’m going to try it with the raisin s
What's a non dairy liquid i can cook it with?
I put a teaspoon of organic peanut butter in it and swirl until it dissolves... So good
Thank you for this video - I got an article on my Yahoo news feed that said eating Oatmeal everyday is dangerous, they listed several reasons, one being that it can cause digestion problems. This article was written by a Doctor it said. I eat oatmeal everyday & it only does me good, so I don't know what they are on about!?
Oatmeal is very bad for your health. First of all your saliva breaks it down immediately while it's in your mouth and transforms it into glucose so it will cause a spike in your insulin levels which will eventually lead to insulin resistance and diabetes. Furthermore, the nutrients in oatmeal are inaccessible by the human digestive system and it will cause gut inflammation. It also causes glycation of your red blood cells which will lead to cardiovascular problems. Avoid oatmeal at all costs if you value your life...
does anyone know, whether there´s danger of trans-fats forming, when oats are being cooked?
isn’t oatmeal cheap too?

I have a problem..chronic constipation..is it goood..?? Everyday i need to chew flaxseed but a lot of side effect..
It's good
Is it healthy to eat rolled oats without cooking it? I soak it overnight with unsweetened almond milk and mixed dried unsweetened blueberries, strawberries and cherries.
I do a mixture of oats flour, quinoa flour and golden flax flour, coconut milk, little punch of Himalayan salt and I bake. That's it.
Interesting
Good
Oats are one of the best foods ever, they're cheap and highly nutritious, I love them!
Fill a average bowl 2 thirds or more of old fashioned Quacker oats add some water mix up should be a small puddle on top.. microwave @ 6/12 mins on bake or med cycle..That’s it I add some honey & milk when done .Delicious!! Perfect every time..
2:50 oats greatly reduce your urge to eat afterwards. Same with apples and brown rice
Thank you, but how could the vitamins survive the boiling water?
Who else goes to the comments misses all the good stuff on the video and has to replay it lol
I love 💕 Oatmeal.
