Right?! All of this to get a physic that will always look off no matter what they do. I'm happy I always been natty and slowly went from 100 pounds to 160 pounds in about 6-7 years. It took a lot of hard work and dedication (and a lot of FOOD hahaha) but now I'm super happy that I'm not so skinny anymore.

Some body builders inject oil directly into their muscles which makes the muscles get really big. I´ve been injecting that oil into my anus for 6 months now and I´m very pleased with the results.. My anus has reached the size of a car tyre. I have trouble getting my jeans on so I simply cut a hole in them so that my anus can hang out the back. It´s really practical when I go to the movies. It´s like a great big cusion to sit on and I can see clearly over the heads of the people in front of me. But it pisses off the people sitting behind me. They continually yell out "Get out of the way....asshole!"

I know someone who used to move furniture for a living. He was a fat teenager when he started the job, and developed a lot of muscle while doing it. He never got then, nor did he get a six pack, but he became extremely strong and developed a lot of stamina.
He learned later that the owners of the company loathed hiring body builder types, because they're often much weaker than they appear... if they work a particular muscle group with too much intensity, they become useless when it comes to moving heavy furniture for a few days. I suppose the exception would be felon-type-body-builders, but they're usually heavier and sturdier men to begin with, and are capable of performing heavy labor.

If anything women have it easier lol. Not saying they have it "easy" just relatively speaking the ideal "male" requires a hell of a lot more moving of heavy objects, and a lot more wear and tear on the heart and joints. I used to be in really good shape. Like straight up 8 pack, muscle striations, 10% body fat, run 4 miles, doing 20 one arm handstand pushups, and 35 pullup kinda shape. And then as I got older into my mid/late 30's I started having major joint issues with my left knee and left shoulder. At this point I'd need replacements which I frankly can't afford the time away from work for. So now I'm like 35 lbs heavier, and have severe joint pain. If I could I'd go back and beat 24 year old me's ass.

THIS IS THE ANSWER The main purpose of asylums, particularly during the 19th and early 20th centuries, was to provide care and treatment for individuals with mental illnesses or disabilities. Initially, they were intended as places of refuge where patients could receive a structured environment, away from the pressures of society, to recover or at least live more comfortably. However, over time, asylums became overcrowded and underfunded, leading to poor living conditions, inadequate care, and mistreatment of patients in many cases. By the mid-20th century, reforms and the development of modern psychiatric care led to the closure of many asylums in favor of more humane treatment approaches and community-based care.

This is all because they don't want to overcome their problems by working hard or using more shocking and healthier methods (Like TALKING ABOUT THE PROBLEM WITH ANOTHER PERSON). The shirts with muscle that were photoshopped to those who used photoshop to those who used tattoos and to those who used implants were bad, but the Synthol cocktail of oil, pain killers, and alcohol to swell up your muscles seems crazy: muscle deformity, nerve damage, infections, and death seems like a bad trade off.
