Steve Irwin was one of few people that I actually idolized back when I was really little. He's the reason I got into studying animals in the first place. I even had plans to someday meet him in person if I ever got the chance. Sadly that's one thing on my bucket list that will never be crossed off.

Sorry if any of this comment seems weird & rambly! 🖤)
Steve never would have blamed the stingray. Take in mind, he got bit on the neck by a python while on live television and apologized to the SNAKE. He also died of blood loss and heart damage -- stingray stingers are also serrated. Venom was not fully to blame. Even then, stingray venom isn't that potent unless it hits you right in your vitals. Also, his death was the only recorded death by stingray in Australia since the 1940's. Most of the time, stingrays are very chill and will move away rather than sting. Yeah, even wild ones. Either this one got VERY spooked or it recently escaped a predator and thought Steve was another one. In short, Steve knew the risks he was taking and that day happened to be when the danger finally caught him--an extremely-tragic one-in-a-million event. It wasn't him getting cocky like SOME people (Tim Treadwell), it was "everything that could've gone wrong went wrong that day". I'm sure that he'd say that was on him if he could.
The man was one of the foremost animal conservationists and his love of the worlds animals created so many more who want to continue that legacy, especially his kids and the Australia Zoo

Brandon Lee... The son of Bruce Lee... Died in weird gun accident during the filming of the movie "The Crow". They used real bullets with gunpowder removed, but not the primer cap. So when one of the actors pulled the trigger, some reported they heard a weird pop. What happened was that the primer cap (which contains a bit of explosive mass itself) pushed the bullet into the barrel. Nobody bothered to the fact that when they removed the bullets they found 5 intact cartridges and one empty casing... Nobody bothered to check the gun barrel before loading the blank rounds... So when the actor pointed that into Brandon and pulled the trigger, gunpowder gasses pushed the bullet down the barrel as if it was a real, live round...
@ivanstepanovic1327 Great explanation! Another factor that also led to his death was that the armorer had already left for the day, and they wanted to continue filming, so they grabbed the gun. I still can't believe that they used real bullets without gun powder
Be amazed is wrong with his facts on Steve Irwin. Steve Irwin didn’t get that close to the stingray. It was his cameraman that’s spooked it well doing the filming and it went for Steve because he was closer. The videotape of that film was never released and the cameraman still feels bad about it to this day.
Also wrong about John Denver. He had bought a modified aircraft that had two fuel tanks with a selector control moved from down between his legs where he could reach it to back behind his head where he couldn't. He ran out of fuel trying to switch tanks so the second tank did have fuel in it. Basic fact checking fail.
It was a panicked response I believe. The whole thing of "not wanting to fall". The main stupidity comes from being on top of a plane in the air in the first place!
Poor Steve Irwin. He would have freely admitted he unintentionally spooked the stingray. He wasn't being careless or stupid. It was a tragic accident. He knew his way around dangerous animals and had nothing but respect for them. He was highly trained and experienced and would never have taken stupid, unnecessary risks just to show off.

And if that’s not enough, the plane was actually delayed from its expected 4:30pm arrival time. The plane didn’t actually arrive until 6:15pm. The crazy part about this story came from the pilot who had been flying the plane. Although he tried warning the passengers on board numerous times that the plane was overloaded to fly safely, he gave in. And this proved to be a fatal mistake. Having trouble starting the plane’s engines, no sooner had the plane taken off, then it crashed just off the runway, killing everyone aboard. John Denver: I read the NTSB report. He checked the fuel before he took off. He noted he had about an hour of fuel in the tanks, please note there are 2 fuel tanks one in each wing. He figured he'd be out less than that (if I recall, this was cited by the attendent at the fuel island). The wreckage revealed a couple critical things. 1. The seat had been modified to accommodate his small stature. 2. The fuel tank selector valve normally situated above the pilots head (now several inches further back due to the seat modification) was between tanks. The fuel selector switch was in an odd place and to change it, he had to reach over his shoulder which took his 'eyes off the road' whilst he was flying at a very low level. King Edmund Ironside died on the toilet--which back then was little more than a hole in the ground. Apparently, while on the loo, he failed to notice that there was an assassin hiding underneath him, one that ended the life of the king by stabbing or shooting him with an arrow in his butt.
That's one dedicated assassin to hide in a cesspit to kill a king. He took a huge chance. Imagine how it could have turned out if the king had had a bout of diarrhoea. 🤠💩🤢
@@Aye-McHunt to be honest, it is also highly possible that history fabricated the legend of his death, as is has done for countless other individuals in the past

Just make it where if sounds are included, they can be silenced. As the waterfall one had not only a moving waterfall, it also had the sounds of the fauna and water.
I remember the worst part of Steve Irwin's death was that his fans started SLAUGHTERING manta rays around the world. It was the exact worst way to mourn his death, as people were now killing innocent animals that he himself had gone above and beyond to preserve and educate people about. He undoubtedly would've felt incredible shame and disappointment in his so-called "fans".
I heard someone say that if your ever feeling down, imagine your a lizard on a rock, and what Steve Irwin would say about you when he found you, biggest confidence booster ever
I have a good one for you. Look up the story of John F Kennedy Jr. He unfortunately passed away in a plane crash he was piloting due to him not being certified to fly in IFR conditions. The full story is on the Canadian show Air Disasters. Season 14, Episode 6 "Killer in the Cockpit?"
@ IFR stands for Instrument Flight Rules, The conditions of which are too poor to rely on eyesight alone to fly an aircraft so the pilot must also use their flight instruments with ATC to fly safely.
John Denver's fuel issues were a bit more complex than merely not refueling. He had half full fuel. But, needed to adjust a knob for equalizing between two tanks. Unfortunately, the previous owner had the switch repositioned to a location BEHIND the pilot. Trying to turn around to adjust the fuel switch caused John to dive the plane into the water. There was fuel. And enough to get back to the airport. But, needing to adjust some unusual knob, not normally located where it was, was his undoing.
It is said that Bruce Lee died because he removed the sweat glands under his armpits (because he thought they made him look bad on camera) so his body actually was very prone to overheating and this is what caused his death. He had worked out much too hard and too often and his body could not properly cool itself down, leading to his headache and death.
Not to mention embellished somewhat to make some of them look even less sympathetic. The video has some misinformation that one would expect from Bright Side.
Under 10 minutes also Elvis Presley didn’t die because of him being overweight or constipated. He died because during his old music days, they got him on drugs to keep his schedule going when he went on tour, and then he went into the bathroom and finally met his demise.😊
After his system of drugs on tour He got addicted to sleeping pills and ended up taking more and more because his sleep schedule was completely ruined It also contributed to his death (I remember seeing a documentary on his death somewhere, that interviewed some of his family)
@@jasonhumphrey6172 there are multiple series on steroid abuse and death I don't think a discussion on sleeping pills is out of the question He did a video on Judy garland
The main controversy came because people didn’t understand what other pathologists were fighting for. It wasn’t that they believed his death reason was a lie, they believed long term drug abuse that caused his constipation to be more relevant than the coroner stated they were. They weren’t saying that he died of an overdose, which conspiracists pretended happened. His cause of death isn’t debated, it’s that the cause of his illness wasn’t listed on his death certificate. You seem to have misunderstood it as well.
I had appendicitis and while yes, I can confirm it hurts like nobodies business...the idea that you can't function with said pain is what almost had my healthcare provider brush me off. I came in, standing up straight and talking fine, I talked to my dad (a doctor) about it over the phone and he determined it was very likely my appendix. So when I walked into the ER I told them I was pretty sure it was my appendix. They insisted it was probably just a gas bubble or "you'd be doubled over in pain". After arguing with them for what felt like an hour, they finally agreed to check it out...sure enough, it was my appendix. Some people have crazy high pain tolerances. Just cause somebody doesn't ACT like they are in pain or can work through it, doesn't mean they aren't in a lot of pain.
Was the same with me, came in walking, but I was sure it's my appendix. Had me waiting 3 hours, was examined and on the table half an hour later. And thr doc said it was just in time afterwards.

Boris Segal was a big director in the 1960's/1970's. He directed the sci-fi classic The Omega Man and he was also the real life father of Married with Children's Katie Segal. He died, while scouting locations for his next project. He was in a helicopter when he ordered the pilot to land atop a mountain (I think) so he and the location scout could survey the environment. When he climbed out of the helicopter, he wasn't paying attention and walked right into the rotary blade! Spielberg talked about it on a talk show while doing press for Close Encounters (I think). Apparently, the two were close.
Steve Irwin told his crew to not harm the stingray as they were tending to his injury. He never blamed the animal for reacting on instinct, even as he slipped away.
Then the reason why his water retaining was so bad for Bruce Lee was that he had a sweat glands removed so that he went sweat on set. Which is kind of dumb they could have dried him off and switched out shirts instead of doing that. Though we don't know what would have happened if he went to the ER on that day instead of getting aspirin.
Regarding Steve Irwin, I remember the event clearly. Steve did not know the ray was there. He was passing over it, when apparently his shadow provoked the ray into attacking him. Why does everyone say that Steve was trying to film the ray?
The animation is fantastic. I worked at an airport during college. The head fueler was taking lessons. Twice he took off without refueling and ran out of gas having to make two emergency landings
Bruce Lee aslo had some of his sweat glands surgically removed. May have also contributed to his death, since without sweat glands, his body couldn't regulate its temperature like it should have WITH the glands.
I admit I do too eat highly processed foods 2:12 I’m addicted to junk food I was slowly eating and drinking Orange juice a couple months ago like early to mid 2024
Elvis also had multiple prescription drugs in his system at the time of his death, including several sedatives and tranquilizers. He was a ticking time bomb.
Missing Aaliyah here, who insisted on flying in an overloaded private plane that went down barely 200 meters from takeoff eventhough the pilot warned her that the plane was too heavily loaded
OMG get your facts right. Steve Erwin died from removing the barb. That probably went through his heart. By the way, I heard this from the cameraman who watched it happen.
Sonny Bono was one of several high profile skiing deaths in a 2-3 year period. I’m a couple of years older than his daughter and loved their variety show. Along with Carol Burnett and a few other shows, we had awesome live audience shows that didn’t require vulgarity to entertain and make people laugh. That’s something we’ve been missing since the beginning of the 80’s.
I made a joke about Sonny Bono where I named a character on Meridian 59 after because I got bored with all the PKers that day I decided to make a new character and name him Sonny Bono and had him attack a living tree and before he died I had him yell for all to hear “Oh no! Not another tree!!” That brought out a lot of different responses. LOL
WRONG - don't invent stuff for your series. JOHN DENVER did NOT die because he did not fuel his experimental plane before flight. Per the accident findings while flying his aircraft he was physically unable to reach back over his shoulder to switch to his reserve fuel tank. The design flaw was later corrected, but faulted as the cause of his death.

@@antonanderson1965 Anything's possible. But can't you imagine the scenario? It certainly made me chuckle.
@@Aye-McHunt ditto
Think of when the fellow in the cesspit was given his orders. His superior would have put his hand on his shoulder, looked him in the eye, and said, "Son, I have a very important job for you."
Oh how I love the little animations especially of Elvis, he's so famous and everyone remembers him at his best but the cute little character is anything but the best representation and give me the giggles thanks for another great video
24:09 I may be young, but I know who Harry Houdini is. HE WAS A TRUE LEGEND TO ME
Very good episode. Thank you. Several of these I didn't know about, and I did check and confirm two cases. Different writer?
It’d be even cooler if the poster was available in a moving version. The movements in the video of it on here looks like it’d make a great moving picture, if y’all remember those. Just make it where if sounds are included, they can be silenced. As the waterfall one had not only a moving waterfall, it also had the sounds of the fauna and water.
There already is a thing like that. It's called a television.
The turtle got tired of being stomped on and decides to stomp on a person
I blame those damn brothers Mario and Luigi 😂.
Irwin would not be proud. Not one Bit.
One of the lines going around after his death was "he died as he lived, with animals in his heart"
...
Black humor is how people deal with trauma.
WHAT ??? you gotta be kidding me
I heard someone say that if your ever feeling down, imagine your a lizard on a rock, and what Steve Irwin would say about you when he found you, biggest confidence booster ever
I had no idea celebrities were mortal, amazing.😮
You cute tho
Fame does not bring immortality 🤷
Don't tell Walt Disney's refrigerator guys.
IFR conditions? What's that? I'm too lazy to look it up
@ IFR stands for Instrument Flight Rules, The conditions of which are too poor to rely on eyesight alone to fly an aircraft so the pilot must also use their flight instruments with ATC to fly safely.

😂
It is said that Bruce Lee died because he removed the sweat glands under his armpits (because he thought they made him look bad on camera) so his body actually was very prone to overheating and this is what caused his death. He had worked out much too hard and too often and his body could not properly cool itself down, leading to his headache and death.
I don’t even have to watch it and I know I love it
I feel bad for everyone who died, he basicly laughs at them.
He chose to do drugs and his weight was another on how he died
After his system of drugs on tour
He got addicted to sleeping pills and ended up taking more and more because his sleep schedule was completely ruined
It also contributed to his death
(I remember seeing a documentary on his death somewhere, that interviewed some of his family)
It's a kids channel drugs have no place here.

I, lasted 11 days. With appendix burst, I woke up and couldn't walk anymore. Now I'm good. I was on the edge of death.
Worth noting that Elivs' cause of death is heavily controversial with conflicting reports from different coroners.
I see you've redefined the word "celebrity".
Yay your making a video with my favorite art style instead of the cartoon style
Cause I'm leaving on a jet plane 🎶
The irony 🥺
but he didn't leave on a jet plane, he left in a prop plane
Serves him right for flying despite his licence being revoked. What an asshat.

I don't like celebrities, however seeing them die from weird circumstances is quite ridiculous and very sad. You enjoy their content till they are gone. Rip.
Sonny Bono was a Congressman. You forgot to mention this.
Thank you for the old animation back! I hope my comment in the old video didn't hurt your feelings though. Sorry if it came across like that.
Funny thing my grandma knew Elvis Presley, sadly she just passed away, but she would tell you all about it
You could have given some of them a darwin award😂
Yeah, but some of them are tragic.
@@lenee8959 yes they are and you dont hear me say they aint.

I see that there are a few candidates for the Darwin award on this list. The Tic Tockers especially.
Glad to see the old animation back ❤
you make the best videos
the old animation style is back!! ❤❤❤
At 13:23 is the reason why I tell people not to do donuts or skid in parking lots because stuff happens like that or you hit a car.
Isn't it funny that you will never make as much money as ELVIS? Even 5 lifetimes wouldn't be enough. Good luck being just a narrator. 😂
Bruce Lee aslo had some of his sweat glands surgically removed. May have also contributed to his death, since without sweat glands, his body couldn't regulate its temperature like it should have WITH the glands.
This guy who is narrating is so good, keep it up

Elvis also had multiple prescription drugs in his system at the time of his death, including several sedatives and tranquilizers. He was a ticking time bomb.

Steve Erwin died from removing the barb. That probably went through his heart.

BE AMAZED!
LOL
14:50 Maybe a time traveler shape shifted to a eagle and killed that guy so he doesn’t have to learn something in the future 😅
Love your video Be Amazed and keep up the great work you are awesome
WRONG - don't invent stuff for your series. JOHN DENVER did NOT die because he did not fuel his experimental plane before flight. Per the accident findings while flying his aircraft he was physically unable to reach back over his shoulder to switch to his reserve fuel tank. The design flaw was later corrected, but faulted as the cause of his death.
I get everyone hated the "new" animation but it was only a brief test and always intended to be temporary
