When I was a kid, I loved to watch this show called Operation Ouch. Every week they brought in someone with a medical difference that they're proud of, and in one episode I remember seeing this guy (ironically) named Tiny.
The doctors said that he had the largest muscles in the UK, and Tiny claimed that he went to the gym every day (except on Christmas Day)... When I think about it, those biceps and triceps did NOT look natural...

I myself am a tall guy. At least for an Asian (specificially Vietnamese). I'm 6ft (~183 cm). Still. I understand for those feeling insecure about their height. Even if the case of a couple sharing the same height or girl being taller than boy in my coutry do exist.
I was 181cm when I reached my 18, effectively making me the 2nd tallest guy in the class. Yes. 2nd. Because the tallest one in my class is at least some inch taller. Though unlike me who grew with having much health issue (aside when getting in enclosed spaces or on bus), he got severe back problem and he slouched a lot. I'm much more lucky. Some even said that my height, combining with my wide shoulder, makes me look like a foreigner or a Vietnamese with one of his parents being a foreigner even though both of my parents are 100% Vietnamese. Some even said I could tower many soldiers in my country even though our soldiers now have much bigger build than those back in Vietnam War days.

Okay Ronnie Coleman doesn't deserve to be on this list for a few reasons, he was actually taking steroids in the most responsible manner possible(given the era early 2000's) and was getting his bloodwork and health markers checked every few months and his injury was a very unfortunate one but unfortunately getting a surgery to get that fixed could easily put someone down for a while, and several months of down time would kill any chances of getting another #1 placement in the Mr. Olympia. On top of this he wasn't taking anything else all the rest of the Olympia competitors weren't also taking and believe me there are a lot of lesser known ones who blast reckless amounts of gear and don't get everything checked out regularly that deserve to be shown off more than Ronnie. On top of this some people are just genetically pre-dispositioned to get injured easier than others, I myself am 29 and have had rotator cuff and a spinal fusion surgery. To end this rant ronnie required extra surgeries because he didn't have fake muscle he actually was that damn strong, the screws after his surgery broke because of how much weight he was able to handle, being 5'11 and being able to squat and deadlift over 800lbs for reps and being 300lbs of muscle is beyond insane; and to any idiot who wants to just say "oh he's on steroids" you could take every steroid under the sun and still not be nearly as strong as him even if you were 6'7 and huge.
