those big biceps don't have any strength in them, must be embarrassing when people expect you to lift just 10 pounds of barbell and you look struggling to lift it with your big "bicep". oh, and Baba's suit is not filled with pillows, but it's some kind of a thick balloon suit.
Especialy when you want big arms you are better of with triceps since its bigger and will bulk more

Okay Ronnie Coleman doesn't deserve to be on this list for a few reasons, he was actually taking steroids in the most responsible manner possible(given the era early 2000's) and was getting his bloodwork and health markers checked every few months and his injury was a very unfortunate one but unfortunately getting a surgery to get that fixed could easily put someone down for a while, and several months of down time would kill any chances of getting another #1 placement in the Mr. Olympia. On top of this he wasn't taking anything else all the rest of the Olympia competitors weren't also taking and believe me there are a lot of lesser known ones who blast reckless amounts of gear and don't get everything checked out regularly that deserve to be shown off more than Ronnie. On top of this some people are just genetically pre-dispositioned to get injured easier than others, I myself am 29 and have had rotator cuff and a spinal fusion surgery. To end this rant ronnie required extra surgeries because he didn't have fake muscle he actually was that damn strong, the screws after his surgery broke because of how much weight he was able to handle, being 5'11 and being able to squat and deadlift over 800lbs for reps and being 300lbs of muscle is beyond insane; and to any idiot who wants to just say "oh he's on steroids" you could take every steroid under the sun and still not be nearly as strong as him even if you were 6'7 and huge.

The problem is that a tiny amount of synthol does make your muscles bigger in a realistic way. Than that looking better becomes an addiction and they keep injecting it to the point where muscles start to look like giant tumors.
Ronnie Coleman was a true legend who even in our country Iran is still a well-known person who has his photo on the walls in all gyms, it is really sad that he has injured himself over time. I hope you make a full recovery Ronnie❤

I am almost 50, just a regular 6' tall man, 230 Lbs, but no slouch, and no ponch. I just use light weights and do a lot of reps, plus I work hard as a mechanic. I might not be a big ripply titan, but there is a LOT of strength in my little 22" pipes, also a lot of endurance. Honestly folks, just keep it real. No 'roids, no drugs, no injections. No need.
