The guard broke the rules and didn't follow what the sign said, why do they need to put up the sign? And for the tourist, a very thick face saw the sign already still asking to pet the horse.
@@cashew515 yes,i have donated towards upkeeps of horses .. because i care for animals ..this guard is totally useless, with that sign there which his bosses in authority put there & he’s making flows instead of following it & then biting his lip as the policeman had to step in?..he needs to be given a written notice about going against the ones in power..1 does it, everyone watches that.. they all do it

It’s the soldiers fault entirely, he engaged in a conversation with the man, allowed him to touch the horse and opened the floodgates for others to follow suit. It is not the police’s responsibility to enforce the rules, the soldiers ALL need to deter anyone touching the horses.

He goes straight back and strokes the horse again and an elderly lady does too..
