    Hi everyone!
    It’s time to challenge your strength, endurance and balance PLUS burn extra calories in this advanced resistance band workout!
    If you are wanting that next level and extra push, you will love this routine.
    NOTE for BEGINNERS: If you are at beginner level please do the Beginner Band Workouts on this playlist or other workouts on my channel BEFORE doing this one.
    For today’s session here is a GUIDE FOR WHERE YOU NEED TO BE AT : (I always endorse working to the level that’s appropriate for you right now! Push when you can and when it's appropriate, pull back where needed!):
    *able to easily balance on 1 leg while moving arms and / or legs
    *able to hold strong through your core and have a good core foundation
    *be injury free - no ailments
    *have good knees
    *have a decent level of cardio fitness
    *NOT be in a state of adrenal fatigue or burnout (check out the ADRENAL FATIGUE PLAYLIST if this is where you are at!)
    If you are ready then let’s go!!
    Here are your list of exercises:
    1.5 MINS EXERCISE / 30 SECS REST
    SIDE PLANK + PUSHUP - Core + Upper Body
    5 PULSE WIDE SQUAT - Legs + Glutes
    SINGLE LEG STANDING ARCHER - Upper back + posture
    SIDE TAP - Legs + Glutes
    PLANK LEG LIFT - Core + Glutes
    OBLIQUE TWISTS - Abs/Core
    SEATED OBLIQUE TWIST - Abs/Core
    ARM OPENING PULSES - Shoulders + Lats
    STEP SQUAT - Legs + Glutes
    DEAD LIFT + ROW - Upper back + hamis
    TRICEP KICKBACKS - Triceps
    SIDE LEG LIFT - Glutes + Thighs
    WALL SQUAT KNEE OPENINGS - Legs + Glutes
    LUNGE TRICEP PRESS - Triceps + Legs

      @@Vanessabhealthtv loved the plank leg lifts! Last year It wouldn’t have been possible bc of my scoliosis n lack of training but thru band work/pilates/weights my strength n flexiblility has increased sooo much! I fatigued when u did so I was proud. Really loved them! Loved the whole workout 👏👏 thank u so much you have really been instrumental in my progress

    Strong band workout. I was able to keep band in right spot for first push up to side plank. I had to stay from knees. Also, the archer exercise from balance on one leg, I had to keep ball of foot to the floor. Otherwise balance and stamina were great for first time through this band routine (room to grow, but come so far). Love the before and after stretch. Thanks Vanessa ☺️❤️

    This. was. so. hard. This is a goals workout. I was already pretty sore in the chest and lower body going in plus its been a very low energy PMS week.. Off the bat I had to eliminate the band for the push ups. E everything was hard lol. Definitely cheated in multiple ways to get through it.
