It’s great seeing one of these with a follow-up. I always feel let down at the end of episodes because I don’t get to see what the place looks like after the buyers have moved in. Good for these lads.
Yeah, that's unrealistic for the UK because closing can take up to several months, so the most they can do a lot of the time is say, "They're waiting to close on their house." And it's good to do separate updates anyway because realistically, it would take three to five months to close, plus at least another three to five months to settle in. The crew can't return to every house hunt 6 months to a year plus later, and it's especially tricky now given that they do two couples per episode now. And that estimated time frame obviously does not include any couples who end up doing renovations or decided to take a break from house hunting. For those couples, realistically, two to five years plus.
So happy they found their place to buy. I like what they have done to it.
It’s a lovely house. Lots of character and soo bright and well decorated.well done.
Wonderful, it show’s they have grown with time and learning.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤗🥰
When I see this show on my line up it is the first one I pick! Great show!
Well! Great transformation! Well done Guys! XXX
Well done to Kirstie and Phil
I love this show !!! This episode was really good
I love Kirstie's jacket...that's all, just wanted to say that
They have totally changed and are not the iro-headed nasty party kids anymore. So nice to watch this transformation ❤
👍👍👍 All Homes is THE channel for Location Location Location episodes. Best Volleyball is a WASTE OF TIME channel.
great up-dating and changes, but i wonder how much they cost and if they really made money on it.
They cost one cent and they made 9999999999999999 gabillion
These guys are much nicer than so many other families on the show so I don’t agree with Kirsty about this one.
The colors that are used in England on paint choices....leaves this American not liking them. Everyone likes different colors. I find the light purple is so relaxing in bedrooms.
This program was recorded years ago and most of us in UK think some of those colours that were in fashion are not to our taste

@@lizarose2986 Thank you!
do you except the early 2000s to be to 2020's taste?
Ah yes! those young folks with there champagne taste and beer budget. Also what the hell do they have in common.
I never liked those colors back in the early 2000s, and was horrified when everyone started painting their houses like that. I feel vindicated now lol
Champagne taste, Beer money and no foresight whatsoever! Good education, still clueless! Stalemate looms! XXX
Yikes must have been challenging with that budget. Typically I watch escape to the country where $300K budgets are on the modest side.
It was 17 years ago. :) Imagine how much they'd need now to get a 3-bed terrace.
That’s why they have no money…..pubs and bars.
All the properties in this series have the most awful colors.
25 going on 12. Mommy comes into clean.
