Chris, thank you so much. Your squat video took me from a hard 555lb squat to a 605 squat in only a couple weeks. I am 17. I squat in a single ply suit so It was a little harder to do somethings. Your videos are outstanding. Most people would make you pay through the roof to even get 1/4 of this information. Your doing it for free. And have none of these guys aren't even worthy of comparison strength and knowledge wise to you. Your making a huge difference in the powerliftering community for us young lifters. Thank you.

You are a god amongst men. Your videos are so awesome! Going back and watching them all now!
With this, do you recommend doing these before benching or can they be done any time?

Great tips, Chris. That half power rack in the background also looks awesome; was that custom-built? I'm thinking about setting up a home gym in my basement and have limited headroom.

chris i did a quick search and didnt see anything but do you have anything on hip flexor stretches for me personally i've got a very good arch i attribute most of the to my coach rich singh but my main problem is i have to spend about 20 minutes just stretching my hip flexors to get in a comfortable position with out my hips cramping or hurting or quads hurting like hell i have a feeling my stretches are as effetive as they could be do you have any videos on this if not can you thanks .

Hi Chris, I just found your videos. I'm a newbie, started lifting weights seriously at age 50, I'm now 54 doing bodybuilding, but now am also interested in Powerlifting. I appreciate your taking the time and sharing your knowledge. I also look forward to the pt 3 squat video and reading the Kabuki Warrior website and blog.
There is so much misinformation and really poor ill-informed advice on how to properly perform the Power Lifts.
    Thanks!!!

I did my first meet in July in the USPA Federation here in NYS. I set a state record for the 50-54, wt 181, in the deadlift 396 pounds. Honestly there doesn't appear to be many lifters in that class. However the NYS full meet is Nov 15 and I'm training for that (and also a bodybuilding comp Oct 18, I know, crazy). Definitely my squat and bench need the most work, so I'll be watching and practicing from your videos!

Great vid, been trying to work on my setup so I can get tighter before my bench(although all work might be wasted now because I might have a hernia).

Damn, I've just tried this for the first time and now I know what you mean by not making someone cry in front of the camera. I suppose that just means I am extra tight in these areas and need to spend some time fixing that.
Anyway, do you have a general guideline as to how much time to spend on each exercise and how often to do it? Just to have some place to start.
Thanks a lot for the video, first good and easily understandable bench mob routine I've found! Great contend!

Can you elaborate on that? If by breathing diaphragmatically you mean breathing into the stomach as opposed to into the chest, I do that. If something else, then I don't get it ^^

I would love to implement mace swinging into my training. Fantastic cues and techniques Chris. I've got a question about the 321 Countdown meet prep article you wrote. Typically the week of the meet what at all would you have a lifter do? Deload?

Chris are you just out of breath normally from speaking or is it anxiety related? I get so much anxiety when speaking infront of groups i can barely talk. Happened a lot this year when doing group presentations for my sport science degree.
