    I wish I would have been taught this 20 years ago before I caused a shoulder impingement and a crappy bench. I’ve done a lot up upper trap shrugging and have caused internal rotation in my shoulders. Now I’m doing a lot of upper back and lower mid trap to bring my shoulders down and back. My posture is substantially better but my bench number is really disappointing now and am starting over building my bench from scratch. Your videos have been very helpful.

    Crazy I get that dump feeling periodically and was wondering why everything else will feel right. I’m going to try to focus more on elongating my neck

    Man I really have to try the neck long cue in my next workout, always had crazy stability issue in the bench press
