I wish I would have been taught this 20 years ago before I caused a shoulder impingement and a crappy bench. I’ve done a lot up upper trap shrugging and have caused internal rotation in my shoulders. Now I’m doing a lot of upper back and lower mid trap to bring my shoulders down and back. My posture is substantially better but my bench number is really disappointing now and am starting over building my bench from scratch. Your videos have been very helpful.
