Start off at beginners level. Eventually you'll get this good. I also like allblanc tv. They have beginners stuff. I like day 3 of the 10 min daily challenge. I did day 1 yesterday. That's more a beginner level. Haven't tried day 2 and 4 yet. The exercises in day 3 are helping stretch my very tight hamstring

Too many Gyms have Thier Aerobosarous Instructors integrate stuff like this in Thier Group Fitness Class when the people walking in the door can't even stand straight . We need to get away from the idea of Putting Fitness Astetics before addressing Health and movement Limitations
