Start off at beginners level. Eventually you'll get this good. I also like allblanc tv. They have beginners stuff. I like day 3 of the 10 min daily challenge. I did day 1 yesterday. That's more a beginner level. Haven't tried day 2 and 4 yet. The exercises in day 3 are helping stretch my very tight hamstring
Added these to my HIIT routine. Became a truck driver a year ago at 220lbs. 179lbs, HIIT every second day and 1800 cals (30g sugar tops rest is fats and proteins) on the road. It CAN be done.
This of course is for advanced Level Fitness People and should never be engaged by entry level gym or Fitness Members . Too many Gyms have Thier Aerobosarous Instructors integrate stuff like this in Thier Group Fitness Class when the people walking in the door can't even stand straight . We need to get away from the idea of Putting Fitness Astetics before addressing Health and movement Limitations
