It is really hard to put together the 2 elbows, any excercises to make this easier?

If you are right handed, which hand gets covered by the other one in the platform? I have seen some tutorials where right handeds need to cover it by the left one, but I have seen several professional players doing the opposite.

I am right handed and my right hand is up when I make platform. I do not think this is mandatory for all😉👍

Muhammad, if you want to increase your vertical you shouldn’t only train your calves. If you have access to a gym or you have equipment at home then you should do some heavy compound lifts like squats, power cleans or jumping squats to increase your maximum strength (be careful to do the exercises the right way so you don’t hurt yourself and always warm up before doing them). Additionally you need to do Plyometrics to increase the speed with which you can put the force you need to jumping into the ground. Look up Isiah Rivera on YT, he’s a great jumper, if not the best in the world, who has tons of free content on how to increase your vertical. Good luck!

my arms are already flexible and I didn't know it then I asked my friend if he can do it but then I saw he couldn't so I got super confused and just showed him then I realized it was because of my flexibility

    Very good video, much needed.
Also I don't know why but when I jump my legs don't fold, but rather they are in like a Y like position. I don't know why this happens, I cannot get my legs to naturally fold mid jump.
