We had a two person crew hit in BC Canada: the one distracts the jeans store owner by leaving and setting off the clothing alarms, and while coming back INTO the store the OTHER crew walks through the door leaving, at the same time. They parked their vehicle exactly where the cams (old ones) would not pick up the plate or get a good shot. We had to help the RCMP constable figure out how to use the video feed! These crews are very skilled, they travel, and in this case walked out with 1,000 in high end jeans. They come in the early a.m. if they're scouted as usually there is only ONE clerk/owner in the store at that time.
Canada is smart, they do not allow illegal aliens to stream through the border like we do. Canada also has laws on how long you can stay, and if you plan on staying, they want to know you have a trade that can support yourself. A hockey player from there told me this long ago. They do not want freeloaders.
