#music #virtualbass #eurobass
That's all I wanted. For me, the round sound of Eurobass suited the best to rock/metal music in general. And now the truBass feature is finally available on a picked bass! 👏
Thank you, we're stoked that you're loving EuroBass III!
You guys make the best bass libraries for rock and metal right now, and this is coming from a guy who had used Trillian, EZBass, Amplesound and MODOBass.
Really looking forward to whatever you are releasing in the future!
Happy to hear you're loving our libraries! What other genres/styles would you like to see covered?
@@SubMissionAudioOfficial Some bass for pop/rock style would be fantastic.
Just what my bank account needed 🔥
Palm muting on bass is underrated, great job
Shhh don't tell Ermin 😉
Sounds great. Just retired Eurobass II last night. Love this!
Loving this upgrade, PUNKBASS II WHEN?!!! 🤤
🤔
@@SystematicProductions oh please, you must, how can you go past the GOAT :)
Dude it sounds so amazing. It just slots right into the mix and makes everything slam so hard. Eurobass 2 was my first Bass vst so this feels like being reunited with an old friend.
🥲 thank you, stoked to hear this! What are you loving most about the upgrade?
Very much digging your enthusiasm for all the new features
Sounds like a banger!
Hope to see videos of many people putting it to good use (showcasing all the features)
There are a lot out there!
In Pro Tools it's advantageous to put the slide trigger right before the note you're sliding to (after the note you're sliding from), and have the note you're sliding FROM end before the note to which you're sliding. Also make sure that if you're sliding down to a note, you force string the note you're sliding from to be on a string that is low enough to play the note you're sliding to.
I've kinda mastered this system haha, been using Umansky since it came out and this is the same.
So happy you guys upgraded this one! I'll be snatching this soon to upgrade from Eurobass 2.
As a suggestion, I'd love to see you guys do a Warwick Thumb 5 as a Kontakt instrument! Keep up the great work!
So I impulse-bought this thing after having problems with my bass. That was about three weeks ago and I have yet to fix my bass lol this thing slaps and is by far the most natural sounding midi bass I’ve ever heard. Feels so good to just be able to throw a banging bass in the mix
I just bought this because of the sale and I'm so excited. My bass works, it's just dirt cheap so it has a constant hum and you can hear noise from the bridge. I'm so excited to play with this.
@@benstanfill363 you’re in for a treat man! I don’t have the best bass either and don’t have money to change my strings every day to get that nice clanky tone so I use this over my real bass in many cases and it slaps
@@YeahButStilll that's where I'm at. My bass is so cheap and I'm not a good player so putting money into it just feels like such a waste, especially since writing music is just a hobby.
Took me less than 24hrs to smash that buy button. Chucked it into a session with doubletap and flatline... mate, the stuff compliments each other so well, such a solid stack to sort out your low end. I need to get my butt into gear and make a video showing off how good/easy it is, cheat mode honestly.
Cheat mode is a good way to put it! They do all sound phenomenal together.
we missed you ermin glad to have you back 😩
🫂
Palm mute articulation is a game changer 🤘🤘
Who palm mutes a bass? Honest question
@@YeahButStilll 1. When recording palm mute breakdown stuff on guitar, open string midi bass has never sounded 100% right. Live bass is naturally compensated when playing certain parts.
2. There are no “rules” in music, if it sounds good it sounds good. :)
This is so hype! I think everyone here just wants to simply say, thank you!!! 🤯🔥
Thank YOU!
Siiiick! Just when you thought that nothing would beat Eurobass 2, you go and do something like this. I just have two more words to say. Holy shitballs!
We're very proud of this one!
Ermin just being a massive legend :)
Sim racing legend too |m|
I'm really impressed with EB3 after using it for a few days. I struggled to get anything I was happy with out of EB2. But anything I program sounds great with EB3.
Glad to hear that. Is there something specific about the sound of EB3 that's working better for you?
@SystematicProductions I'm not sure I can articulate it tbh. EB3 just sounds more natural in comparison to EB2. EB3 sounds like how I play. Even the robotic and doom settings sound more musical than EB2. Not that EB2 was in any way bad though.
Super excited for this one. Can't wait for all the stuff that's yet to come🔥🔥🔥
Stay tuned 👀
I’m very new to midi bass software and having a hard time understanding it but this was helpful, glad I bought this product
Amazing, need to get into this one asap!
Yesssss time to put some sections with slap bass and an inordinate amount of slides in my JST riff competition entry.
Slap n' Slide, what a combo!
Hands down EuroBass is the best sounding Library
dude, i'm LOVING eurobass 3! thank you so much for giving EB2 users the opportunity to pick this up at a discounted rate
Great work. That´s what makes my work fun.
Such an awesome realisation of how Eurobass 2 could be improved, and even EB2 was damn solid. Will be using Eurobass 3 for sure!
Enjoy!
Broo! Thank you! Amazing job!!
Haha. Palm mutes... It sounds awesome Ermin... Love the passion for the product too. It sounds siiickkk!!! Will upgrade from 2 once I can write better tunes. Cheers Bro.
It's a great songwriting tool, maybe it can help get your creativity flowing!
Man this sounds amazing...my next go to for sure! You outdone yourselves for real! Congrats!
🙌
Well shit. Just bought tf out of this. I tried not to but couldn’t resist after this video lol
Enjoy!
Phenomenal sound! I can't wait to get my prizes from Rate My Mix, I hope this bass is included in the pack, this is really sick!
I went from watching your sim racing videos a couple years ago to buying your plugins.
Me: Man that bass in solo 😮
Also Me at 09:25 : ** Falls out of chair**
Great video! I have Eurobass II and Grove bass…it looks like I’ll need to add this to the library as well.
And I’ll definitely be shelling out the cash when you guys end up doing a midi fretless bass plugin ;)
Don't forget, EuroBass II owners get 50% off EuroBass III!
Looks like I'm going to put in some overtime at work to get the upgrade. I enjoyed using 2, and this one is killer. I don't have it yet and I'm already loving it.
If you enjoyed EuroBass II, you're going to love EuroBass III!
We need a Warwick thumb bass library!!!
I’ve been on the fence about going the midi bass route as I like to play it. But this just may have convinced me to give it a try!
They're a great song writing tool when you don't have a bass handy, or when using your DAW to help with progressions, etc. Plenty of versatility!
Anyone else having any issues getting the slide trigger to work properly in Reaper? I'm trying to do it how Ermin has shown here and I can't get it to work.
I'm having issues too.
Yes, Palm Mutes!!! Finally! OK, gotta upgrade ;)
All down-picked palm mutes, all day.
This sounds amazing! Will there likely be the same upgrade to punkbass in the future?
🤔
🛹🛹🛹
Without hyperbole - Eurobass 2 made my recordings sound 100x better. No more tone chasing on the bass, it's there exactly when I need it sounding massive. And while I never asked for it, I'm so happy to see the palm muting in there as I that was probably the only part I couldn't get to sound right. I've already bought EB3 but I haven't had a proper look yet, however this looks like it's covered all the articulation nuances that I wanted... now... go add it all to DjinnBass
Seriously though, great work!
Happy to hear you're loving EuroBass III! What would you like to see in an updated DjinnBass specifically?
@@SubMissionAudioOfficial I've had time to play around and use EB3 now and the biggest things for me are -
1- Force strings. Pretty obvious but using the tonailty of a higher fretted note over an open string is an excellent tool
2 - The ability to change the open tuning of the bass. I play in drop C and my music theory sucks so it's so much easier to program when it's like for like.
3 - Palm mutes. I know this one might be a pain in the dick as if I'm thinking right the dingwall was borrowed from Nolly. It wouldn't be the end of the world if it never appeared.
These are in order of what I use. 1st one is a must have now. 2nd is a speed of workflow/quality of life type thing. 3rd isn't hugely necessary but it'd be nice to have
@@psymon1981 Force String is a feature that really opens up what can be achieved in terms of realism, absolutely! Happy to hear you're loving this.
Eurobass Doubletap and Flatline are a fkin Godsend. well done guys
The holy trinity!
A good built in audio to midi tracker would be golden
I stand by this you guys should make a guitar library I think it would sounds amazing cos your bass libraries are unmatched
But what would we call a guitar library? 🤔
@@SubMissionAudioOfficial eternal guitar and get mick Gordon to help?
@@Ambitiouz_mindset I'd buy a Mick Gordon sampled guitar library and day 😂
@@SubMissionAudioOfficial who wouldn’t
Purchased Installed ItsGood 👍
Enjoy!
Will punk bass get an upgrade like this?
🤔
@@SystematicProductions the euro bass sounds great too. You think it would meld in with screamo, emo, punk type stuff like the punk bass does?
@@dreamsbeginatsunrise Maybe not exactly as well since the dual buckers of the Euro are rounder in tone than the P-bass pickup, but it would definitely be no slouch!
@@SystematicProductionsplease upgrade the punk bass, tonnes of pop punk fans over here and I can’t afford that new hoppus signature 😂
Невероятно круто звучит ❤
This instrument is completely fucking bonkers.
Also, it's really nice to see how excited you are about this. So wholesome. Makes me all happy
😉
Thanks for explanation! Truly decent plug-in!
Just curious, in another video on flatline 2 you said something like "in the spirit of submission audio flatline 1 owners get free update to flatline 2" but the update from eurobass 2 to 3 costs. how come that is?
@1:57 a wild Andy appears
I always have to high five people that use Cubase
I need one
Wow, sounds really great, compliments. An important question for me as a keyboard player: does sustain work with the sustain pedal? I don't like programming and prefer to play on the keyboard.
Best
Christian
Thank you. Due to the way a bass guitar functions, it's highly unlikely the sustain pedal will do anything for it. If there's a default map for a release envelope with the pedal, perhaps, but otherwise the bass guitar is either sustaining or it's not.
sound amazing !
If i had to choose between djinbass and eurobass 3 for the best, massiv and realistic sound, what do you suggest ?
@@dropentier377 both have a very different sound and style, though we've come a long way with humanisation with the truBass features found in EuroBass III!
"Machine>>>Human>>>Bassist" 🤣🤣🤣
The order of that list is not by accident 😂
I bought the plugin. How do I make it where I use this plugin for my actual bass?
Wish Djinnbass had the humanize feature, or could get it in an update. I have EuroBass 2 and it seems only version 3 can do humanizing
DjinnBass 2 has what you're after!
I just bought Eurobass 3 the other day, I'll pick up DjinnBass 2 down the road! Eurobass 3 is sick man, great job on that!@@SystematicProductions
Goddamnit. I cant buy Duoble Tap. Any analog variants? pls help
Dude.. awesome instrument but being a bass player myself, the "D" on the B-string sounds sharp. As in quite a bit. did you tune the bridge position of the bass properly?
Yes, we also tune each note after sampling, so the D undulates within 1-2 cents of the target, which is substantially closer than the physical bass itself is able to hold.
At this rate you guys are killing the bass players 😂 and I'm cool with that
It's natural selection, really.
can I use this as a 4 string bass and ignore the b string to play in drop c?
Hey Guys. Sounds amazing. How do you Guys convert a recorded Bass to use Eurobass?
We generally recommend programming the MIDI by hand, as all audio-to-MIDI solutions we've tried so far have been lackluster. That's not to say they won't improve with time!
Yo, is that the breakdown to Sovereign by Carcer City in your intro?
You bet.
Thanks Ermin! will update my Euro Bass! oh can we still use the old Euro bass after the upgrade? (for some preference just in case)
You sure can.
@@SystematicProductions dang dasss dope! cheers mate
Thats the Electronics in your Spector? Is it the darkglass version? Was the Framus Dragon amp used again in this Eurobass version?
My Euro 5 LX has a very neutral EMG preamp in it, to minimize tonal coloration. There are no external amps used on this. All tones are generated internally in the Kontakt engine, as explained in this video.
@@SystematicProductions had been my go to plugin for bass!! Amazing product! Iike it so much that I try to make my spactor lx5 to sound like it hehe (factory, emg pickups, Spector preamp that always overflows the inputs hehe)
can you tune it to anything else besides 440?
You guys are going to put bass players out of business 😂
It doesn't take much effort, to be fair.
Great work! So great Ermin any chance of an electric guitar virtual instrument in the future? As your basses are excellent 👍
Never say never, but I definitely don't want to be the one sampling that!
Oh no, I bought Umanskybass and I like it, but this sounds like the thing I needed. 😢
With both UmanskyBass and EuroBass III you'd be covering a huge range of styles!
How do you bend a note?
In theory I should be able to just import a guitar pro bass file and it work right?
You may need to do some mild tweaking. I believe Guitar Pro transposes by an octave compared to what most DAWs are expecting to see. Other than that though, it should be super easy.
Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet 🙌
djinnbass next?? PLEASEEE
🤔
@@SystematicProductions Djinnbass upgrade would be huge because it covers that max attack territory. It's still amazing as is though. (Still using it as a primary bass vst for demoing)
on the "bass tuning" settings, if I tune down a string, it will enable real samples for that note on that string or it will use a pitch-shifter to tune down the already existing open string samples?
I think they sampled real notes down to around E0 then tune down for D0 and C0
@@lolshred but I doubt every string goes that low; probably is just the B
I wanted to know if I can tune to drop C# (ignoring the B string), so I can match the sound of a 4 string bass in that tuning;
if I simply use the B string, the sound will not be the same, because of the string gauge difference
Unfortunately not. To accurately capture the true timbre of downtuning strings we would've needed to resample the instrument entirely for every single tuning. Alternatively, using pitch shifting would just make the entire note range sound wonky and strange, without the correct timbral shift.
@@SystematicProductions
well, that's not what will stop me from having this awesome instrument :)
Please,DjinnBass 2 😋
👀
SOLD.
Hope you're loving EuroBass III!
You almost lost me man… until 3:00. It sounds like an instrument! You should really snip that part and put it at the opening of the vid as a preview so people don’t check out
How many gigs is this library?
The current version takes up 3.27GB of drive space. Around half the size of EuroBass II with a huge amount of extra features!
@@SubMissionAudioOfficial so impressive
which EMG models does the bass have?
CS-TW
@@SystematicProductions cool, are the single coil or humbucker mode sampled?
the Drive slider is pretty much just noise… not my cup of sh¡t
the slides sound cheap...
Ya'll are retired?
It had been a little while since our last release, but we've come back with a bang!
