why did yo draw your moustache and wash it off that badly
Davie, I couldnt help but notice that jacket...you should hook yourself up with the Korn Adidas track suit lol.
Epic. Checkmate😅
"Will Smith doesn't play Bass, he just SLAPS" 😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂
- Will Will Smith smith?
- Will Smith will smith.
Doesn't slap the bass he slaps the face
EPIC ! Slap ! 😂
HAHAHA
I absolutely died when he said Keanu Reeves at 0:35 with a picture of Adam Driver 😂
I KNEW this would be a comment! Too funny! Keanu has straight hair while Adam's is a little wild.
That cracked me up hard, too!!! One of several easter eggs Davie always drops us!
I had to rewind to double check. First pass was "wait a minute"
Keanu Reeves, Adam Driver and Jerry Trainor are the same person.
Сам не умеешь толком и на Киану решил наехать? 🥰
A fresh appearance and newfound accomplishments! I feel blessed to have met Reeves recently through Radiant Reservation. His genuine interactions with fans left me in awe of his down-to-earth nature.
That's fantastic! How did you manage to meet him?
In 2023, I saw him discuss meeting his dedicated fans in an E-news interview. Curious, I did some digging and discovered an exclusive fan club on Radiant Reservation. As a member, there's a chance to connect with him as he allocates time each month for active club participants.
Meeting him would be a dream! Are there any challenges in joining the club?
Joining this elite fan club is straightforward; you just need to keep an eye on your email, engage in fan activities, and meet certain criteria. The opportunity is truly rewarding.
I came across RR, the Radiant Reservation community, renowned for connecting fans with celebrities and private entities. Their unparalleled assistance makes them a go-to platform for such interactions.
6:01 Will Smith does not play the bass. He just slaps. OOOOHHHH!!!! WTF Davie!
"I remember one time I was doing a film and Flea was in it. Well, I was in a film with Flea."
I love that he was so quick to alter the sentence to make sure that he and Flea were equals in the film, instead of Flea being in his film. Keanu Reaves is such a chad.
Flea was obviously his superior, since he plays BASS ^^
Keanu is the planets bestest dude 💜
People act like Keanu Reevs is a complete angel... he is not an angel, he is a human being just like the rest of us, he pee's and poo's like everyone of us he is not super special he just has good manners and ethics.
@@MmoGeek "he is not super special he just has good manners and ethics" - In today's world, THAT is precisely what makes him super special.
@@nomore6167 nah but how sad that it is such an attraction over what everyone should do is have courtesy? it isn't hard to be nice... your point was moot
Gary Sinise ( Lieutenant Dan from Forrest Gump and many other shows ) plays the bass guitar.
Jack Black plays awesome bass and he jams with a Brazilian bassist called Junior Groovador.
Also Jhonny Depp plays primitive bass.
"ASAP as possible." - Michael Scott
😂😂😂
😂
"ASLAP as possible" - Wayne Gretsky -- Michael Scott
OMG my god
LOL out loud
"Will Smith plays the bass? No he just slaps" Davie 504 - March 2024
🤣🤣
I fell out of my chair…
Will is a hard Rock slapper
Hahahaha!! That was a good joke. I’m still laughing.
"The Rock plays the bass...tropical version!"
I LOST it! 🤣😭
Love ya, Davie. Keep the content comming.
Ok I do not know how I was recommended your channel but so glad it was. Instant subscribe
same, too funny
Is that Angel-man on your profile pic?
Keanu is the real deal…kind, talented, humble and artistic. My legit favorite actor
He's extremely rare gem in Hollyweird.
And he owns a motorcycle brand called ARCH
Man, I can't argue with any of that. He's rad!
and also hard working!!!
He's not talented lol, that's why he's so humble because he's self aware and self conscious. There's zero talent there, he just looked pretty when he was younger and got lucky.
6:22 I like how he calls every stringed instrument a BASS, because that's EPICO
CHECKMATE STRINGED INSTRUMENTS
Except for guitars. *Never* guitars
Guitar is a Soprano bass...🤣🤣🤣
Ukelele has 4 strings 🤷♂️
Tropical bass 😆
Easy bass lines, hard bass lines, who cares? Just jam and have fun playing the best instrument there is.
the clip you showed of Mark, that's one of my favorite movies: Begin Again
The actor who played Feyd Rautha in Dune 1984 plays a bit of bass
Ooh someone played Feyd Rautha before Elvis? That must sting
Yes, Sting himself.
You’ve seen it before, haven’t you?
He sings a bit too
I think he's in a band. Dunno how far they went though, I heard they became cops or something
Keanu Reeves needs to make a movie where he has to play at least 50 notes per minute for as long as it takes to disarm an explosive wired to his amp.
Sandra on drums?
@@burgersnchips😂😂
Closest Movie, Bill and Ted Excellent Adventure
We are the WYLD STALLYNS! (air guitar engaged)
@@LEViathan2313 Wyld Stallyns.
Well he did used to play in a band. He played even in Akita, Japan for a bit.
LOVE the fun-ness of Davie's uploads. Keanu and myself would have some amazing coffee-talk conversations. Always appreciated him as an ever-evolving human being. Thank you, sir for being you. Peace! 🌱✌
The guy who played the drummer in that movie, Electric Apricot, the Quest for Festeroo also plays bass.
Fun fact Keanu Reeves was in a band from 1991 to around 2002 playing bass. He just got back at it in 2020 an made their 1st public appearance in 2023 after 20 years
Dogstar is literally in most of this video.
"I was doing a film, and Flea was in it..." _subtly corrects himself_ "Well, I was in a film with Flea"
Ever humble, Keanu immediately decided mid-sentence he didn't even want to imply that his and Flea's acting careers were on different levels (even though they inarguably are), because he considers him a friend and his equal as an artist ❤
yeah, its nice to see
@@doyourownresearch7297 a shining example of what modern masculinity could/should be
Flea has been in movies, but he’s not a movie star, he’s a rock star! And has been seen and heard by hundreds of millions, he is a star every bit the equal of Reeves. In my eyes as a music lover, he’s way above Reeves, but I may be biased. But yes Reeves is a class act, and a very based guy, hard to find in Hollywood now days.
Keanu always keeps his ego in check --- that's why people love him, and why parents want their kids to be like him
Point break.
Jeff Bridges, Vincent Gallo, Ryan Gosling, Malcolm-Jamal Warner, Gary Sinise, Jason Momoa, Michael Cera, also play bass.
How could you forgetPaul Rudd?!…
… he “Slappa de Bass” BIG TIME!!😝🤣
🤘🤩🤘
Gary Sinise (CSI: New York) plays the bass!
"My own private Idaho " was the movie he was in with Flea.... He was also in a movie with Anthony Kiedis "Point Break"
That killed Yellow Norton was Reeves bike too.
Flea &keidas were point break. River phoenix was my own privat Idaho
@@markgardner8845 Flea was in My Own Private Idaho. He was not in Point Break.
Flea and Keidis were in The Chase together. 1994
Flea was in point break@@johnlucas2317
Jason Momoa (Aquaman) is a Bass player
And he slaps too!
It will be a much better episode showing Jason slapping.
Really big dudes look silly trying to play guitar --- there is video of Hulk Hogan playing guitar and it's pretty weird
@@fredwerza3478 Hogan was a bass player before he was a wrestler!
@@fredwerza3478 I saw a video once with a lot of the greats (Stanley Clarke, Stuart Hamm, Bunny Brunel etc) playing together, among them was a basketball player (go figure), bass looked like a ukelele (or tropical bass) in his hands. It does look weird.
That's Johnny Silverhand slapping us around. Will Smith is just slapping himself over and over, and can't play bass.
Jason Mamoa (Aquaman) Plays the Bass, Gary Sinise (Forrest Gump) Plays the Bass in Gar Sinise and the LT Dan Band.
Simple doesn't mean bad. Even plain butter and cheese pasta is better then over cooked bad pasta+
Another is Gary Sinise! He played Lieutenant Dan in Forrest Gump.
I would love to see Gary Sinise and Keanu Reeves having a bass battle
@@fredwerza3478 Gary Sinese is actually quite good, pretty sure he would win that one :)
Gary's band is called the lieutenant Dan band
@@Koopid aye he is quite a good player!
Every time OMG , I go to any form of large water, I grab my long custom pick and try to catch a BASS 🎣
He was in a band called Dogstar, I remember when the album came out and they toured here in the UK, it didnt get great reviews haha
Tropical bass! Haaaaa love it. Ya know Penn Jillette plays a mean stand up bass?
You mean "tall bass"
@@AussieCleetus Yeah yeah, whatever arbitrary localized name you wanna call it.
Both can be tuned to Slack Key, and now Slap Key
@@AussieCleetus
I think _you_ mean double bass or upright bass (I know a it's my instrument of choice), but it doesn't really matter, as long as people understand what you're saying. 😊
@@razztastic Often referred to as 'tree' down under!
I love at 3:57 when your headphones just SLAP right on. Epic.
I didn’t even notice his ears until the pop. 🤣
"tropical bass" got me man. well done signor.
I loved this dudes blank, everything but excited face when he said, "Pretty Cool Sound........ " @2:28
*crickets before and after his silence*
Holy crap!!! After like 5 years of the occasional video here and there spread out over months now we're getting nearly daily vids again?! I'm all for it!
OMG, NBA player Wayman Tisdale played bass; he managed Slapping shots on the court along with fingerpicking bass on the stage. R I P to a great athlete, accomplished musician, and merry soul. Was he the most MASSIVE bassist ever?
Wayman was a fantastic player. Love his Hang Time album.
I see why you have so many subscribers. This video was brillant.
Begin Again is one of my favorite music related movies. The best sound track I think.
Gary Sinise, the guy who played Lt. Dan in Forrest Gump. His band is even called Lt. Dan Band, he does a lot of shows for the troops.
It's good to see a young Stallone video again.
Dude your amazing love your videos they slap!!! ❤
Watched a couple of your videos and loved them. You are very funny!
I missed this so much. Your videos helped many of us escape for a few minutes during the Covid times. ❤
An Epico Escape, if ever there was one.
So true!
Keanu has a pick pass?!? OMG!!
He also has the N word pass
Bassist allowed to use a pick: Chris Squire from Yes, and Scott Thune from Frank Zappa's band.
Jeff Goldblum - He's also a skilled jazz pianist and occasionally plays the bass.
Kevin Costner Costner is a proficient musician and has been seen playing bass guitar.
Billy Bob Thornton has played bass in various bands throughout his career.
Keanu reeves is johnny silverhand irl
Got a city to burn
Who tf is keanu wake up samurai
It might be crazy what I'm bout to say
You gonkin out, choom.
100%
OMG, I respect Keanu Reeves even more than I did since he's playing the Bass
He uses a pick😊
@@jekiesso indeed he does bass pass from Davie and me
Bassed
THAT FIRST PIC IS NOT EVEN A PICTURE OF KEANU REEVES LOL. Idk that dudes name can’t remember but it’s not him
@@user-te1dd2zz4l Oh yeah lol that's the guy who plays the villian from the new Star Wars trilogy. I'm sure Davie knew though.
"I was in a film with Flea"...yeah that's just the little classic My Own Private Idaho
Mark King is a celebrity in my world. Checkmate.
Next movie 'John Wick Back Slap from the Grave With BASE'
Steve Martin was absolutely mystical with the banjo.
He's played since he was a kid. He's very, very good at it. Plays guitar and bass as well but not really in public. Banjo is his true love.
To funny, i like the straight face through the whole video 😂 great video, brother 💯👌👏🙌
I love this man!!!!!! The kindest humblest and respectful man everrrr❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Got inspired by Davie to play the bass

I got inspired by bass to play davie
EPIC!
I was inspired by Davie to play the bass too!
I was inspired to play bass by James Jamerson and Duff Mckagen.
I just want to slap that Davie 💥👋
Gary Sinise is a pretty damn fine bass player.
Isn't his band called Lieutenant Dan, after the character he played in _Forrest Gump_ ?
@@johnm2012Yep, and as far as I know, their fee for playing goes straight to VietNam veterans.
@@kasperkjrsgaard1447 now THAT is TRULY epico!
@@johnm2012 Yes, you are right. He has been playing with them for over 20 years.
There are 2 celebs that I know of that play bass; Ryan Gosling and Michael Cera. They are also both fellow Canadians 🇨🇦, so you could also include them in your BASS (Bass Around Sthe Sworld) series, thus slapping 2 bass video series’ with one SLAP!
Very efficient.

What a incredible video, congrats man
We don’t claim segal the kazoo players can have him!
Christopher Mintz-Plasse (McLovin) plays the bass and he’s phenomenal
McLovin, still the coolest name in a movie ever.
so does michael cera (Evan), also quite good. theres a joke buried in some Scott Pilgrim BTS footage about how he had to dumb down his playing to sound more like the rest of the actors.
Never slapped a video so fast like that
Pretty sure I also saw Ryan Gosling playing the bass for I'm just ken somewhere, maybe?
Can you link that Steve Martin video? I want to learn that song, I loved the dropped tuning.
Krist Novoselic also used a pick during his whole time with Nirvana , and I must say , Nirvana would not be the legend that they are today without his basslines .
Jason Newsted plays with pick too.
Let's cool it with this needless glorification of filthy picks
Limmiting yourself to just fingers or just picks is stupid.
Yeah, I get it that video was a joke but damn some people take it too hard.
@@rittis013 I know it was a joke but some jokes go too far and this is one of them.
I watched some videos of Davie504 and found it funny but algorithm let me forget about him and reminded me only recently. I stopped watching this one right after this take about picks and I probably won't be back here again.
I prefer humble people like El Estepario Siberiano.
The immortal CHRIS CHRIS SQUIRE used a pick.
He did say Keanu was the only bass player that's allowed to use a pick. I was thinking the same thing, and I think Davie was too.
And Chris Squire is dead. Coincidence?
@@Virtuous_Rogue Yep, coincidence
He also sucked.
Yes but he's not allowed because he is a true rebel which is very rock & roll or something.
Come on he was a founding member of “The Wyld Stallyns” of course he can play bass.
Six string bass? Well he is a stallyon
Did they ever get Eddie Van Halen on guitar for that band? I never found out the answer.
Uh, just thinking about the recent "sequel" is depressing AF...
you'd think he'd have achieved a much higher level of proficiency in 40 years though.
Yeah but in Wyld Stallyns the Grim Reaper dude played bass
Jeremy Renner is an all round crazy musician. I believe he plays drums, guitar, piano, bass. Dude is crazy talented.
He isn’t called the “Main Attraction” for nothing.
but is his music any good?
he is very skilled but not talented.. because theres no such thing.. learning instrument is all hardwork, dedication and passion..
@@jojojojojojojojojojojojobThere is definitely such a thing as talent.
@@taffysaur Unlike some "1 year progress" Tik-toks like to make you believe, "talent" may manifest itself after many years of hard work,

Absolutely awesome as always!
"Will Smith only slaps". I got that reference. LOL
OMG, Davide Biale's bass skills are mind-blowing!

Ooh lala 😍 💕 I ❤LOVE KEANUE Reeves!! He's talented in everything he does, awsome dedication 👏 ♥️ 😊
How about some of the ladies? Evanna Lynch (Luna Lovegood in the Harry Potter films) plays bass, as does Mayim Bialik (Blossom, Third Rock From The Sun). I too play bass, but I'm slightly less of a celebrity than anyone else mentioned here.
Hey davie504 easy with you my name is Carlos I'm a bass player and I live in Brazil I started watching your videos about 3 years ago and I was inspired by you I started playing bass last year And now I'm trying to improve even with difficulties and other things that end up happening, I wish you all the best in your life, thanks for inspiring me to see the bass player's side.
I’ve seen Dogstar a couple times over the years. Keanu has a great pocket and he holds it down really well.
An actor that that I only recently learned played bass is Michael Peña for Nico Vega
0:36 killed me
Lol had to go back and notice that😂
I definitely had to do a doube-take. 🤣
0:37 that's Adam Driver...?

And of course for slap bass, Higher Ground, Take The Power Back, Lacquer Head, Dark Necessitates... And a million more I'm too tired to remember. I need to get my bass back from the teenager I lent it to. But she is awesome and you gotta encourage the female bass players. Especially when they love 90's music so how could I say no?
Soul to Squeeze was the first song I learned on the bass about 8 years ago. I still love playing it.
