Someone needs to let M'Baku know that he is going to be the Steward of Wakanda for about 15 years instead of King. His face will be priceless when he finds out about T'Challa.
When he finds out about some bastard who was raised in Haiti 😂 they'll probably retcon a secret marriage or make it no big deal that the kid didn't even grow up in wakanda. Somehow he'll also have tchallas accent even though he speaks French 😂

@kelvinb16 exactly, no one outside his family, loved T'challa as much as M'Baku. It's clear that he challenged for the thrown on the behest of Shuri. M'Baku would remain king until the situation is right for a change(which the story will present).
I’m thinking since M’Baku arrived to the challenge ceremony on Shuri’s ship, him and Shuri probably made an agreement that he’s going to be more like King Regent, where he will rule on behalf of Shuri. So if it ever comes a time that Shuri or Tchalla Jr. needs to take back the throne, M’Baku will just yield. M’Baku made a promise to T’Challa before his death that he will take care of Shuri so I can see something like this happening.

With all the talk about destabilization, let’s also not forget this is what each member of the current Thunderbolts lineup have in common. Each of them have been used by their various governments/organizations to destabilize their enemies - Bucky for Hydra, Ghost for SHIELD, Walker for the US, and Yelena and Red Guardian and Taskmaster for the Red Room/Russia. This team is not gathered to fight some huge big threat, this is a team designed for destabilization.
Eh. I don’t think M’Baku has any ill feelings toward Shuri. Instead, I think it’s likely he “challenged” for the throne with her blessing. And he doesn’t seem the rash, hotheaded type to recklessly attack an outside power.
Remember she asked him for a favor, being king, was it.

A blessing doesn't mean anything when it comes to politics. If M'Baku feels that his people are tired of being beaten and kicked down from all sides then it won't matter what Shuri wants. And like he said, Shuri won't have any way to beat him to get the throne back.
@@sunnybear178 honestly I think it was more for a plot device. Remember anyone could challenge her for the throne. Not saying she is not a strong person, but she would have fought them without her powers. M'Baku could have taken it with or without her giving it to him. IMO
Mbaku acts literally like a big uncle and I personally see him more preparing young T’Challa for the throne rather than challenge. He is grown in the last 5-6 years.

I think it would be cool that once the World War happens, Loki will be able to get back to the MCU timeline and will try to warn everyone about Kang, but only to find out that the world its destroyed and devided, and Earth's to weak to resist against Kang.

I'll watch the movies but it's not necessary now.
I was thinking after Secret Invasion, either Val & Thunderbolt Ross will take over the government & the DODC as political figures like Norman Osborn in the comics. Harrison Ford would make a great antagonistic President & Red Hulk. They’ll target Skrulls & Mutants (such as Namor), possibly even launching the Sentinel Program.
I think they’ll start Siege on Wakanda instead of New Asgard & that forces the Avengers and Talokan to get involved. They may end up outcasting the Avengers (the dead Celestial from Eternals would make a good secret hideout) and replacing them with their own Thunderbolts team. Dark Reign could be the Civil War-like event before Kang Dynasty forces everyone to put their differences aside again.
Ryan and Doug are one of the strongest acts I've seen on RUclips.
Honestly, I see Wakanda and Talocan vs the world and not sure where New Asgard is. I think the Thunderbolts might start off attacking New Asgard, as most of their superhumans are immobilized and their armies are gone. I don't think New Asgard will play a huge role in this arc but it would be cool if Valkyrie led New Asgard on a smaller mission against the US or Europe. The interesting thing is how the rest of the world responds. Continents like Asia, South America, Africa, and Australia. I think Shuri would initally turn to Namor for help and he blows things way out of proportion. It would be really interesting for Wakanda to decide the outcome of this war, with Talocan mostly evenly mstched against the world and Shuri has to decide to side with Namor or the US. and then Kang comes in, destroys the multiverse, and makes BattleWorld.

I remember the scene when Namor show up the first time in front of Shuri and Ramonda,and he give (I dunno the name is) to them if they manage to catch Riri Williams. My theory is when the group of Thunderbolts attacking Wakanda in last moment...shuri will use that thing to call Namor and All the Talocan's Army
It’s called a conch shell, and that’d be a pretty dope callback if it happens that way.
Plus it sets up a good time to push for a regime change because there will already be tension with Shuri being anti tradition, even in the first black panther m'baku brings up about how Shuri mocks Wakandas traditions. So the tribes will already have issues about her being Queen and Black Panther when she doesn't even believe in their Gods or their traditions.
Ramonda used it to call him to the beach when she thought he kidnapped Shuri. I think he may have taken it back in that scene, but I could be wrong.
@@OdemGee Shuri isn’t queen tho. M’Baku is king (or at least, king regent). But there will def be political tension when it’s revealed that T’Challa had a son.
@@OdemGee Also: The whole movie is about Shuri reconciling her feelings about Wakandan tradition. She has learned to connect both her technological ways and the traditional spiritual ways. The burning of her funeral garb at the end signifies that she’s embraced the things Ramonda was trying to teach her.

I really like how Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes built up the Secret Invasion storyline and then dealt with its aftermath. The Skrulls slowly replaced people with doppelgangers forcing Nick Fury into hiding, Dr. Doom kind of clued in Iron Man to what was happening and when they do launch the invasion they use the trust that the public has in Steve Rogers to coax a peaceful surrender from Earth. After the Skrull threat is defeated, and even though propaganda-Cap was clearly an alien imposter public perception of Captain America remains that of a traitor to Earth and the human race. Not an ideal situation but Steve being Steve uses this time of adversity as a huge teaching moment to mentor Spidey on how to deal with people like J. Jonah Jameson while still fighting the good fight.

I think thunderbolts is going to have the team going after villain groups like remaining hydra cells and maybe even some form of AIM trying to keep weapons away from them, and it will slowly ramp up until the team is sent against a Wakanda outpost or even the country itself, Bucky goes "wait, what?" and that splits the team, I feel like Walker would have a "good soldiers follow orders" kind of thinking, and probably ghost as well. Yelena has already been shown to have way to much chemestry with Kate to be put on the villain side, and where she goes, Red Guardian goes.

Tired of the recast T Challa movement. They already showed that T Challa will live on through his son. They won't "recast" T Challa until they reboot in the next 15-20 years.

@@SpyJamz truth is a large section of people were going to be upset with whatever choice they made, even if you left it to a coinflip the losing side was going to be very vocal about their discontent. I for one didn't understand the voyeuristic pleasure people received by watching other people grieve the real life loss of their friend and colleague for 2 whole hours, acting like that was enhancing the portrayal of the fictional characters mourning their king. Should have kept it professional, separated real life from escapist fantasy and kept the story alive with another talented actor in the role. But I respect the courage they had in choosing to even make the movie at all in the way they thought was best.

Doctor Doom may also make his appearance in Phase 5, so he might be a member of the New World Order, and Ross will ally with him in World War 3. The Thunderbolts movie may actually be an adaptation of Doomwars. I think Ross would see New Asgard as a threat because they’re de facto super humans. So the sides could be (US, Latveria, and any country that signed the Sokovian Accords) vs (Wakanda, Talokan, Kamar-Taj, and New Asgard). The first half of the movie would be about the team carrying out the destabilization. The rest would be them realizing their mistake and joining with the Avengers team Wong is forming. They win, but the world is too divided to win against Kang. Until Wanda comes in. Nexus being versus Nexus being. Then Wanda does something, or doesn’t do something that causes the destruction of the Multiverse. Reed gets everyone on the Ark. And Doom creates Battleworld.

However, I think there’s a flaw in assuming that agent Ross is a skrull.
Shuri would have certainly detected something odd about the DNA structure of agent, Ross, when repairing his back, unless of course, when a skrull shapeshifts they literally take on a different cellular structure? I don’t know enough about it to know that, but that seems a bit hard to believe.
I wonder if the main Kang by the end of Kang Dynasty will be called Beyonder therefore merging two characters into one but Beyonder is just like a title like Mad Titan for Thanos!!!

Galactus could be a cosmic issue (Thor, GOTG, The Marvels, F4, Hulk, Eternals, Nova, Adam Warlock etc). Kingpin could be a street-level problem for the Heroes for Hire (Spidey, Kate, Echo, DD, Jessica Jones, Punisher, Luke Cage, Iron Fist etc).
Mephisto or the Scarlet Witch could be a mystical/supernatural villain to the Midnight Sons (Wong, Blade, Moon Knight, Elsa Bloodstone, Black Knight, Man-Thing, Agatha Harkness, Werewolf By Night, Magik, Ghost Rider, Nightcrawler etc).
Kang or Doom will be the ultimate villain of the Multiverse Saga. I imagine we go into the Mutant Saga next and Wanda, Apocalypse, or Dark Phoenix would be the perfect villain to end Phase 10 (X).
This is also an excellent way to include X-Factor and a more cb accurate X-Force in the MCU.

I don't think Zemo will become part of the Thunberbolts. He's very much against all forms of super soldiers so working with a team that has a few of them on the roster is a no-no for him. I think he's going to be a wildcard and form his own anti-super hero team. He only worked with Bucky and Sam because they freed him.

Zemo is being held in the raft not in a wakandan prison. Ayo literally says "We will take him to the raft" when Bucky hands Zemo over to the Dora Milaje in the Falcon and The Winter Soldier episode 5.
Interesting theories, i would like to see how the supernatural fit in with the introduction of Werewolf by Night......which i feel would make great connections with Moon Knight

If I had to guess, we're getting a supernatural team. Werewolf by Night, Moonknight, Blade (assuming that's still happening), Black Knight, maybe even Strange, Wanda, and Agatha. Possible conflicts could be with Dormammu again, C'Thon (assuming the Scarlet Witch prophecy is still happening), Mephisto and the Force of hell if they decide to introduce Ghost Rider, or other cultist threats like Dracula.
I still think Doctor Doom and his variants will kill Kang themselves in The Kang Dynasty before taking the powers of the Beyonder in Secret Wars.
