    ±380ml Water 清水
    180g Brown Sugar 红糖
    4 Pandan Leaves 班兰叶
    100g Wheat Starch 澄面粉
    400g Glutinous Rice Flour 糯米粉
    200ml Coconut Milk 椰奶
    30g Veg Oil 植物油
    ◆ For Batter 面糊食谱 ◆
    200g Plain Flour 中筋面粉
    ½ tsp Salt 盐
    1 Egg 鸡蛋
    ±280ml Water 清水
    Dash Of Chinese Celery 芹菜适量

    全新的口味 , 年糕里加入了椰奶 ,
    想起来就很想吃 一吃 ,
    家中恰好備有所須的食材 ,
    明天就可以试一试了 , 后天的早餐有着落了 。。。。哈哈

    老师的做法容易学,小时候看到我妈做的好像很复杂。因为她是用柴火烧的!好了之后不可以马上取出来,需要等到明天才可以取出来。
