      Chicken bouillon seasoning. You can find in the Asian store or maybe Amazon if there's no Asian store near you.

    trùi uiiii nước mắm tỏi ớt đều nổi trên mặt thật là quá điệu nghệ hiuhiu!!! lần trước tớ cũng cố cuốn có con tôm nổi lên nhưng lại là phong cách 3 con tôm kiểu gỏi cuốn, ko nghĩ ra cách này =)))

    I see that you have Three Ladies rice paper for frying. I have the same brand but not for frying, just for spring rolls. Do you think my rice paper will work or break apart when frying? 🙏🙏

      Yes, I believe almost three ladies rice paper is fine for crispy spring rolls. My tip is after folding, you can freeze the rolls for 15-30 mins to make it firmer before frying. When frying, don’t touch it until it’s ready, and leave room between rolls for easier flip :) good luck!!!

      After freezing, don’t thaw it. Whenever you need, deep fry, air fry or bake in oven for about 5-6 mins at 400F or until you see it’s crispy again :)

      @Monkeybar54621: 4-5 minutes i 300˚F oil is PLENTY of time and heat to cook raw pork and beef in this recipe. Otherwise you will over-cook it by pre-cooking.

      @@violetviolet888 Ground pork should be cooked 8 to 10 minutes on its own, but if it is buried with other stuff, 5 minutes will not kill the bacteria. Others eat raw beef, my BFF feeds her dog raw beef.

      @@Monkeybar54621 Soley the number of minutes are not the determining factor of safety. The determining factor of safety is temperature and time together which is why you can cook something low and slow at a lower temperature for a long period of time and it's till safe. For best texture, it's to account for for carry over cooking which means pulling meat from the heat *before* it reaches target temp. Ground pork requires 160˚F. I'd pull it off at 155˚F because the temp will continue to rise. This can easily be achieved in 6 minutes for me.

    I can't find these fry rice paper anywhere. The spring roll rice paper will crack up when u deep fry them

      I know it can be tricky to find the right rice paper! If you’re having trouble, look for "pastry wrapper", usually found in frozen section of Asian grocery stores. Regular spring roll rice paper can be a bit delicate for deep frying, so I totally get your frustration. Just keep in mind to seal it carefully, and the frying heat is not too high.

      Also try to keep the filling moist but not wet. As water get to the oil can create lot of small explosive and take longer time to cook.

      Hi, please don't defrost the egg rolls. To reheat and restore the crispiness, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the egg rolls on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until they are heated through and crispy. Alternatively, you can use an air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.

      Bạn có thể bỏ qua và thay bằng bột nêm. Lượng nước của rau củ có thể làm chả giò dễ mềm ỉu, lượng nêm của nước mắm không nhiều và sẽ thấm vào phần nhân.

      I avoid fried foods and never cook with seed oils for the same reason. However, Animal fats are healthy contrary to what we’ve been brainwashed to believe. I only cook with lard, tallow, goose fat, chicken fat, butter and ghee. ❤

      It does actually; depending on the amount of the filling. Or, if making thick ones, you can precook the filling a bit, and then roll them for frying, or air fry. I do this sometimes if I want fat eggrolls. The person double fried- this is sufficient with the amount rolled.
