I love this episode, thank you for keeping this Case public, this whole Robert guy is suspicious as hell!!! IMO
Didn't he have another love interest that met the pearly gates in an untimely manner? Very sus, still.
Yes, she passed in his current home this year, very suddenly.
So if she had moved out a week before and as Rob stated "took everything with her". Why is he stating that after her death he packed several things up including her pearl necklace and birth certificates etc?
Dead silence when the cop says they have a picture of a ring on the day of...
Yeah, this guy definitely ISN'T squeaky clean. I really don't believe anything he is serving up. Once he gave the ring to her, it's her property. Just like the cuff links were his property. Is he trying to collect insurance $$ from these items? I honestly don't remember. Maybe I should have finished the video prior to asking questions. It absolutely seems as if he is trying to get money from the rings (that he probably STILL has) through his insurance company. Thanks, Gavin, for posting this and keeping up with Grace's case.❤
That's not true. An engagement ring is a conditional gift, and once they were married the condition would be complete. Since that didn't happen the ring goes back to him. However I think this dude is not a good guy, and is probably responsible for 2 murders.
@@teddyjam8134 agreed. I don’t know where people get the idea the woman can keep the ring if the engagement/marriage breaks up. When I broke off my engagement, I gave my ex-fiancé the ring back because that’s the right thing to do.
I cant possibly be the only one who knows hes full of shit. The whole time.
Very odd not mentioning the "dummy" ring right at the get go. That struck me as off. Of course it wouldn't be valued at $20k but why not mention it in the initial statements around where the ring was kept and their obvious routine of not wearing it when on trips, etc. For all he knows she threw the dummy ring at him and that is what he kept.!
Why is he having a hard time saying the word divorce? Or, do I have it wrong and they weren't married?!?
They weren't married.
they were engaged to b married. He was verbally abusive, passive aggressive towards her, made her life difficult & miserable bc he is not a decent man. I don't believe she killed herself & left her kids bc of this loser. There r voice recordings of him bashing her, gaslighting, mind games, verbally abusive of him yelling & acosting her. He is very scary 2 sides & should not b a firefighter.

My husband has no idea where I keep my rings mixed up with my fashion jewelry. He knows it all ? Dyson hairdryer. 😍😍😍
wow he is the excutor of her estate wow
She was pregnant. 😢❤❤
Any updates on this case?
Dang… he sounds relieved that she’s gone. 🤔
The guy could be lying about everything. If he is, (with 2 women who died when breaking up with him) he wants to project an appearance of being relieved she was leaving to avoid looking like the typical murdering man who kills a woman when she wants to leave him. You will notice throughout the interview his efforts to "blame" the dead Grace. Little comments he makes. In the first case the police accepted HIS story that the woman killed herself.
I don’t like him that’s all I have to say as 59 year old woman! lol!
If he really isn't into making a "big deal" a la her family seems to be (in his view at least) then why even pursue filing a claim???? who owns the rings? they may have ultimately divorced but at the moment of her death they were married. IF she saw fit to dispose of the genuine ring it was in her rights to do so. No?
They weren’t married
His speech pattern reminds me of Stephen McDaniel.
Don't know if you'll see this but I don't know what else to do since I can't type on the video that's going on now so my guess is only people that have joined can type. Which I'm telling you now that just sucks.
Im here because of coffeehouse crime!
Dyson hair dryer. Obsessed. Like what? Omg look at his hair. I don’t care about a hair dryer. Ok

IMO, good “lawyering” in reference, to the ring…….idk that I actually believe it, but he did good establishing that once he had it, he never told her she could have it.
Yes, but we only have HIS side of the story because the woman who threw the rings at him "committed suicide", just like another woman previously. Both during break up. Uh huh.....
Grace’s family has had access to Grace’s iCloud; text messages, photos, voicemails, etc. and that was never turned over to the CCPD.
@@LianaTruman-rg1tq what does that prove?
@@LianaTruman-rg1tq where did they get the photos of her with the gun?
