I am also a trained first responder. I am taught to remain calm & not yell into the radio/phone. But, this fire Capt. has ZERO emotion. Not a care in the world.

The POLICE should have seized both phones. They are allowing the suspect to hold onto the evidence. Bad idea! He was treating her very bad! MOTIVE: IF HE SELLS THE HOUSE HE GETS FULL VALUE OF THE HOME & doesn't have to share the money. Afterall. he has done this before.

Completely agree! You'd think they would NOT tell him what they are needing in order to preserve evidence. Seems like a huge red flag when they told him about the cellphone to begin with and then telling him exactly what they needed.

I’ve been married 24yrs to the love of my life and he just doesn’t talk to me like this. We’re not perfect by any means, but growing up in a household where there was mental and physical abuse, we make it an effort to respect each other even when upset. This guy is just being horrible to her & it’s heartbreaking 💔

They say abusers aim for incredible women that are too good for them. They go for these beautiful high achievers with loving families & friends because the pay-off of their control and abuse is bigger. When he can take a gorgeous girl and break her down so bad that she thinks she's ugly or can't find someone better or manipulates her into giving up or losing her job, gaining control over money, alienating her from the people who love her etc... it makes him feel powerful because now he has gotten rid of all of his insecurities ex: I don't have to worry about her making more than me now, I don't have to worry about her going out with anyone else because she has no friends now, I don't feel intimidated by her anymore because her confidence is busted, but every time she fights to stand up for herself he'll take it as a threat. Notice how he says something about selling a house..um..you can't make that decision without your wife..so no doubt he was controlling money too.

I first heard about it from a video her twin sister shared with Me. (I do not personally know her, but know of her) I was shocked. They are definitely to cover it up here, but we are thrilled that it is now making NATIONAL news.

  • @laurieclarkson9180

You don't tell dispatchers what you do for a living. "My fiance shot herself. I make the best subs in town at the pizza parlor down the street" I know exactly what he's dong because I have seen it many, many times. First responders protect each other and they get special treatment so they mention what they do like they're a damn VIP. Twice I got pulled over as a passenger in a drunk driver's car and the whole DUI process came to a screeching halt when the driver announced that they were a cop or firefighter. "Ok, sir, sorry to bother you" Another friend got a DUI and after he was already arrested and booked, he mentioned he was a firefighter and the cops leaned in and said "Why didn't you say something sooner? All this could've went away if you had." Knew a girl that had a cop as a BF and he used to beat her. When his buddies came to the house responding to her calls for help, they acted like it was just another little spat. He's playing that card..I've seen celebrities do it, Doctors..anything to get a perk. It's disgusting.

Politicians & billionaires too. Small towns have a problem with this. I knew of a very wealthy man, with mob connections, who totalled his car after drinking with a small child in the backseat. It was never in our town newspaper, nor was he ever charged. In this case above, he mentioned twice he was a firefighter to the dispatchers. Now fire dept. is providing him with a lawyer. The lawyer decides what happens to the his phone & hers. Why weren't the phones collected right away? Allowing him to do a printout instead seems like tampering with evidence & obstruction of justice.

I am not disagreeing with you, I know first hand how tribal law enforcement and emergency responders can be. I do not believe that was the reason he identified himself as a captain of the fire department at that point in the 911 call. Because he said this directly after assuring the dispatcher the victim was deceased, I think he was explaining how he was qualified to determine the victim was in fact deceased. This would downgrade the call to law enforcement only. Emergency responders (such as EMTs, ambulance, fire emergency units, etc.) did not need to be dispatched as the victim was beyond saving. I suspect he also did not want them responding with lights and sirens because he didn't want to draw that much attention to the situation. Plus, I think he wanted to control the crime scene and control his (I am sure rehearsed) interactions with law enforcement and that is difficult to do with a team of emergency responders coming in and out of the house.

And it's Missouri, they protect their first responders.
Hell, they just dropped charges on a DUI death that involved a Jefferson county sheriff.
I'm glad this case is getting news, if not the powers that be, in Missouri will bury this.

abusive spouses usually convince the abused spouse that they are worthless, no one will want them, they can't do it on their own and you begin to believe it. they also threaten that if you try to leave, they will make your life a living HE double hockey sticks. They convince you that they have something that will make you look bad and they will make it known to everyone. If there are children involved, they use them as a tool to keep you. It's hard to get the courage to leave.

As for the video. That was like looking into a mirror at my abusive relationship. IMO... A small part of her saying "I love you" like that was poking the bear... But mainly its because his emotions are like a 🎢 rollercoaster. She knows by the afternoon he's going to be saying I love & and what do you want to do for dinner....

He is trying to get a negative response from her, then it will be all her fault in his twisted mind, she isn't playing into his game. Scooby was correct.

I agree with you. Normally when we would do something like that it is poking the bear. You don't use harsh words you would say exactly that. You would say sweet nice things because it's going to make them even more upset you are saying nice things. Like "Ha-ha, It doesn't bother me what you are saying. Love you!!! bye!!" When someone says all these mean things and I come at you with these nice sweet things, it makes the other person mad. To them, it's like you aren't listening even if the stuff coming out of their mouth is trash. The man is trash and if two Gf's did this?? Well, I wouldn't want to be anywhere near that guy either!! He would have put me in a horrible mindset also! (if that is what happened)

    Hi Gavin
Am watching this on replay. I was always to,d that if you talk to someone and feel like you are talking to a brick wall then walk away which she should have done then she would.d have been here now. This guy has a short fuse. Imo he killed the two females. The police and fire service work hand in glove and think this guy is truthful. Not a nice guy period
Much love and respect from across the pond in Uk x

This guy is suspicious. Stumbling over his words during police questioning about his phone. He should be investigated closely. Two women dead in his house. Coincidence, doubtful!

I am wondering if He had life insurance on these two beautiful woman . Also another thing that Cane to my mind was that he is a narcissist and He was egging her on to kill herself in another video I saw where he was telling her to go kill herself. Also No wonder she lost her baby He was emotionally and verbally and physically abusive . Watch websleauth they have more coverage on this case

Unpopular opinion here but we don’t have the second girlfriends COD and we’re going off suspicions that Grace did not do it based off a set of suspicious facts in the case. But ultimately we don’t really know and right now it’s all speculation. That home video showed a woman being passive aggressive with a man that appeared to be frustrated and very much verbalizing his desire to end the relationship. Sarcastically she bucked back that she loved him and would see him later as if to totally disregard his feelings. We don’t know for sure if he’s been abusive to her that’s secondhand hearsay from her sister whom heard it from Grace. We don’t know if that’s not something she said when he threatened to leave. If she was scared of him she certainly didn’t appear that way in the video.
In my opinion I think he’s suspicious. I think the circumstances are definitely worth taking a look at it and the way Grace’s case seems to have been handled is a giant red flag. He may very well be all the things he’s suspected of being. A k!ll£r, an abv$€r etc. But, he might not be and that video was not proof he was. It didn’t look good for Grace unfortunately.

No matter if he was abusive, the policeconversations with him in itself are disturbing. Why didn't they took his phone and why did the police give him a headsup that they want to look at it? A suicide wirh a person present should be always be investigated as possible Homicide. And the 911 call is suspicious enough to look deeper

He was WAY to calm for my liking in that 911 call. Ya him being a firefighter COULD possibly be why he remained call but if it were me in his shoes, this wouldn't just be yet another call you'd receive because of a fire or some one shot or some one unalived themselves. This is a person who you ALLEGEDLY loved. That runs a lot deeper then a call about someone you know. A person your dating just shot themselves and your non- Chelant about it!?! To me that don't add up jor make sense. Example, I had a friends kid who swallowed food wrong way. Started choaking, couldn't breath. I calmly called 911. Now my daughter when she was 2 weeks old chocked on Tylenol due to having her tongue cut earlier that day from being tongue tied. She turned blue and stopped breathing. My mom calmly said call 911. I was so frantic on tgat 911 call. I was crying, stuttering, shaking and all the above. That was my OWN KID. Had I not lived with my mom and that happened, omg idk if my daughter would still be here. I'd lost all train of thought the moment she turned blue, but my mom was so calm and git her to start breathing again. But when it came to my kids friend I was calm and didnt loose my train of thought, didn't 4 get the CPR etc

The audio of “them” clearly sounds like a man who feels like he’s being forced to be in the relationship. It’s as simple as that. He doesn’t want to be with her. She knows she’s recording, not him. So if anyone would be provoking it woulda been her.

Hmmm. 🤔. She might be poking the bear a little but she also knows she's recording.
This guy is so full of himself it turns my stomach. I wouldn't be afraid to bet that he killed her. Hope they have good cops in that town. Sounds like the cop is trying to build some trust. The fireman is tripping all over himself trying not to give up his phone.

I think her first few I love yous were her being hurt deeply and she was trying to give him love in spite of it. Towards the end I think her I love yous were more like the eff word because he was being so nasty 😔
