I was widowed when pregnant with our second son.. I had no social life.. I was mom, cook, baker, soccer coach, teacher, tutor, and kept my boys busy in many other sports and activities.. I can't imagine hating my children.. Or any child..
What about the parents of the mother, her brothers and sisters, aunts and uncles, grandparents, friends , neighbors, co workers and people on the street, people at grocery stores, etc. someone seen something disturbing and didn’t report it.
The grandmother probably didn't want too because of not having no where else to live, so she either went along with it but we don't know the condition of the grandmother. The court will have her answer questions in the trial to come.

She unfortunately was also used/abused by the grandson. Not to the same extent but she handed him most of her money/works full time in order to support him. She’s not mentioned because not only was she unaware of the abuse, she was a victim of elderly abuse. I have a 6 year old son and I can’t even begin to tell you how mad I am hearing this.These people do not deserve a nice jail cell with hot meals and a warm place to sleep.
Jail cells aren't nice and the food is terrible in nutrition, taste and even portions. I get if you feel they should receive bad things I'm just letting you know they most certainly aren't getting pampered.
I've seen first hand how they treat child abusers and that lady I met hung herself at home so she didnt have to go back to jail. Her family put there house up for bail money and she decided it was too much to go back.

Where I use to live in Dayton Ohio there was a law passed to hold negligent cps workers legally accountable due to the horrific case of Takoda Collins. These cases forever haunt me. Cps should be held accountable for being negligent. I’m tired of the excuses

it would free up cps alot if they stopped investigating dirty house cases and instead focused on rescuing children who are being severely abused including children already in foster care who are being abused. neglect should include actual neglect such as not giving them food, shelter, etc. Not a dirty house. Not dirty clothes. Etc. I understand some people have personal issues because they grew up in hoarder houses but a hoarder house is NOT necessarily abuse.. yes it's much nicer to live in a clean organized perfect house but that's not always the real world and abuse happens in clean organized houses too, everyday so free up CPS to investigate these severe abuse cases by relieving them of their dirty house cases.
Just today (8/9/24) I spent 2 hours in the child protection office explaining what I see and hear from a neighbor and giving them videos I have taken ! I’ve only heard verbal abuse, well actually I did see the mom with her thumb in the boys mouth with her hand gripped around his chin, so I’m not turning a blind eye !!!! Her and her boyfriend yell and swear at this kid nonstop, I will call everyday if I have too !!!

Lets address the elephant in the room. WHERE WAS CPS? I thought so, they were busy dropping the ball. I opened over 30 CPS claims trying to save my Granddaughter and NOBODY HELPED. She was dropped off at a homeless shelter on her 18th birthday with a 7th grade education and a drug addiction when the government payments stopped. THEN we were finally able to get her out and try to help her. It is just shameful.

I have worked connecting people to family law lawyers to work out written arguments for those lower income people. I can tell you that CPS doesn’t care about children for the most part. They want to keep their payroll and power going. They only go after people with money because it works in their benefit. I have seen horrendous crimes by lower income families being given no attention. And then an upper class family that yelled at their child has to fight through court to keep their child (they really did little wrong, especially compared to these other cases that were ignored). Don’t be fooled. CPS is selective and it’s not for the benefit of the children.
CPS are always blamed for moving kids too soon. They are not miracle workers or flies on the walls. Did anyone report this to cps? And if it was reported once only, maybe when cps came out everything looked ok. What more can they do without evidence or a judge supporting an order of removal? What about the school? If a child is absent often with no doctor's certificate, CPS should be sent to that home immediately! Schools need to teach children about what unacceptable treatment by parents looks like. Children need to be encouraged to tell their teachers if they or their siblings are being abused.

They dont come when they are called all the time and when some people decide to make phoney calls to families who are NOT abusing their children, innocent parents have to go to court twice a month and have weekly home visits. Just today (8/9/24) I spent 2 hours in the child protection office explaining what I see and hear from a neighbor and giving them videos I have taken ! I’ve only heard verbal abuse, well actually I did see the mom with her thumb in the boys mouth with her hand gripped around his chin, so I’m not turning a blind eye !!!! Her and her boyfriend yell and swear at this kid nonstop, I will call everyday if I have too !!!

Lets address the elephant in the room. WHERE WAS CPS? I thought so, they were busy dropping the ball. I opened over 30 CPS claims trying to save my Granddaughter and NOBODY HELPED. She was dropped off at a homeless shelter on her 18th birthday with a 7th grade education and a drug addiction when the government payments stopped. THEN we were finally able to get her out and try to help her. It is just shameful.

I have worked connecting people to family law lawyers to work out written arguments for those lower income people. I can tell you that CPS doesn’t care about children for the most part. They want to keep their payroll and power going. They only go after people with money because it works in their benefit. I have seen horrendous crimes by lower income families being given no attention. And then an upper class family that yelled at their child has to fight through court to keep their child (they really did little wrong, especially compared to these other cases that were ignored). Don’t be fooled. CPS is selective and it’s not for the benefit of the children.
CPS are always blamed for moving kids too soon. They are not miracle workers or flies on the walls. Did anyone report this to cps? And if it was reported once only, maybe when cps came out everything looked ok. What more can they do without evidence or a judge supporting an order of removal? How about stricter laws and punishment for those who commit these crimes!
