He will always be my favourite.
For me, he’ll always be the greatest ever. Miss you Gary Moore 😢
Well said . He is the most complete guitar player this world had ever seen . He could do to all and then some . He could play as sweet and soft as any of the best blues players.. and then he could melt your face off with a blistering fast and powerful solo . His vibrato was like no other . Completely in a league of his own . Nobody will ever play like Gary Moore .
Gord boyco thank you well said
Me too. I have loved him for 40 years. The best.
Он лучший.
Gary Moore a Legacy unmatched by no other a blues legend
Woke up with a guitar piece in my brain..... this is it ❤ 💔
Mucho
Thank you
I listen to this every night. I never tire of it. RIP, guitar 🎸 God
He was IMHO the best guitar player who ever lived. We are so much poorer for his loss. There will never be another with the passion and chops he had. RIP, Gary. Thanks for the unbelievable music you left for us.
Bravo! What a terrible loss for the guitar world. He is one of my favorites. RIP Gary.
Hard to find words to describe that kind of performance.🤩
Haunting guitar composition. RIP Roy Buchanan and Gary Moore. Sadly missed
I'm quite sure this is the best guitar performance ever achieved. Not sure what feelings Gary was experiencing this night but he put it all into this.
In my opinion, this is the single greatest live recording in the history of music. A masterpiece!
A fan since 85, Gary's performance here is incredible, he had feel, passion and soul all in one... Legend..And hes playing Greenie now Kirk Hammets guitar...
Not many can make a Gibson cry like Mr Moore could. RIP my Brother!
That Les Paul was definitely the best guitar for him. He could rock a Fender pretty well, but not like this.
No one could, or has yet!
@@TheDizzleHawke Too bad he had to sell it...
He could make any guitar cry
Only person who I can think of who comes close is bb king lol but still not the same
I've heard some great guitarists play some great solos, but I've never heard anyone but Gary display this level of sustained mastery, ever! These ten minutes of pure emotion and technical brilliance show that Mr. Moore was a guitar virtuoso almost without equal. Listening to this was akin to listening to a great violin virtuoso playing Tchaikovskys violin concerto, another technically demanding piece wrought with emotion. RIP Gary Moore.
I agree… the Messiah will come again and we have a great need of him in this world becoming stranger every day 🙏
A great welcoming song ❤️

The man played with his heart and what an amazing heart he had RIP Mr Moore ❤
Whoever disliked this doesn't like music one of the greatest guitar performances ever rip Gary
I once picked up a guitar because of this man. 28 years later, I am still impressed and moved. Gary Moore was definitly a master of the guitar.
Possibly the BEST solo ever written and preformed live in my humble opinion
I agree
Should have gone to a Gary Moore concert when he was still alive. I only have few regrets. This is one of them.
He always used to literally make that guitar cry... Slowly, Brutally, Sadly, Magicly, Hopefuly... Amazingly.
Maybe the most underrated guitarist ever. Such sweet licks!
He's not underrated
under rated? literally the most famous blues player. :|
@@mahdadflk3300 Most famous? nope.
@@basabra Not by people in the know. Maybe better stated that he's not well known.
Gary More is dead
There tears coming out of his guitar. There are many great players out there but very very few like Gary Moore. Rest in peace.
Thanks to u tube i have listened to most of the top guitarist's and hands down Garry is my top by a country mile. Don't listen to any body else now. Was also amazed by how good a singer he is.
Greatest guitar solo ever , by one the greatest players of all time Thanks Gary
One of the true great guitarists.
Gary had more energy in a single note than 99% of players these days.
He didn't even care about occasional extraneous notes or little details. He just played like a monster!
Always thought hes one of the best for making faces while diggin in too, all natural.
RIP
yea he rly deliver every single note with passion
Stefan Bulatovic I totally agree
absolutely in tune with you
Now you're a man who knows his stuff. ♥ 🎸 🌹
Probably one of the best live guitar performances of all time. Really incredible.
How about keyboards? :)) Google for Don Airey.. You must be one of those "smart" Americans who don't know shit besides what Oprah Winfrey told them. You know names of all those wrestlers in a tight pants, don't you?
There is no probability. THIS IS THE GREATEST EVER LIVE PERFORMANCE, so glad that you realise and love it too.
When he did red house, that was the bomb
@@vitalygoji We speak about guitar heroes ..not about keyboards!! What you can not understand about that??
My mind is officially blown. And I thought Still got the Blues for you was awesome.
Epic, wonderful! I am just discovering him. So sad he has alread died! As we all will...
I feel grateful for having lived to hear this magic.
absolutly!
Me too. AMEN. !!!!
Played with more passion in every note than any human being could ever hope to achieve. R.I.P. Sir Gary Moore all our lives have been enriched because you lived.
David Gilmour is like that..
Since you said that about feeling.....ever heard of a song called....for the Love of God ??? Now we are talking about feeling....? Correct....?
Mark Maynard he is overrated
Joe Maurello that song is insane , but now that you are talking about feel, listen to the loner Stockholm 1987 you won’t regret it
Three days grace
His guitar is not only crying, but sighing, yelling, talking and breathing as we do.
Same goes for the guitars that ends up in the hands of the fantastic Mark Knopfler 💙!!!
Gary Moore powerhoused Roy Buchanan's original version of The Messiah Will Come Again, which was like a sermon and a prayer.
He was sensational no one came close blistering licks, pouring his heart and soul out on the fretboard, just exceptional emotion in all of his playing.
The man was incredible. Sleep with the angels my brother.
The fallen angels?
Well said... icon!
Well said I agree
Just subscribed class music here I take it lol
This incredybal Man of guitar
Thats the finest piece of guitar work I've ever heard. RIP Gary
That's all I could say too....I'm still processing what the hell just hit me
@Martin G Apparently you don't know that music is subjective!
In his hands a guitar took on a life of its own, it sang like a goddess. You will forever be appreciated, Sir Gary Moore ❤ Heavensent
Name a better guitar performance that featured that much heart, soul and power.
Anything by Danny Gatton. Checkmate.
Live no quarter solo or stairway solo.. Zeppelin msg 1973

"Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair" - no other guitarist, living or dead, can hold a candle to the mastery of Gary Moore.
Check out Australian kid Taj Farrant then.
Ariel Posen and then Justin johnson and his shovel.
Tommy Emmanuel, so many others its all a matter of taste. Those are living ones, don't get me started on the dead one's.

I've played guitar for 45 years.. I could not, cannot even begin to stand next to this man. He is without a doubt one of the top 5 guitarist of all time. The simple fact is the man lived and breathed music. There will never be another like him.
TheSwabbie I´m so agree with your comment. He was realy one of the greatest👍♥
Unique, just as Jimi was...
I agree, who would be your others in your top 5?
