Usually I would never want to pass up a bishop sleeve, however on the 4th dress I think the simple sleeve will work:better. I like how it mirrors the shape of the skirt at the wrist

If I wanted it to be longer can I add the length?
Yes, you can extend the skirt of the Oceane dress. Add the wanted length equidistantly from the existing skirt hemline.
