Hey Kay love your videos. An easy and delicious recipe. Parmison butter toast. 50% Parmisan cheese just the one off shelf, And 50% salted butter mix together with spoon then generously lather on each side of thick slice bread. Fry 2 minutes each side. Delicious cant go wrong 😁

I mean if I want to make roasted potatoes in butter and oil but I don't want to make alot. And to just put a few potatoes in butter on a big tin just wastes butter cause you need more butter when it melts and slides away. But if I put them i cups! I do a version of these but i don't put ham in the mash i put lots of cheese, butter ,salt & pepper. I also cut the bacon into tiny pieces and fry it until crispy & add that to the mash also & then give it a good mix up then fill the potato skins back up with the mash, add some cheese to the top & put them back into the oven until the insides have heated back up and the cheese is nice & crispy! really easy & very tasty! I know what im having for tea tonight!😋😋😋😋

This looks great! I'm kinda bummed out that I only have baby/mini potatoes at the moment, but perhaps I can slice them, and the make little cups of layered tater/ham/cheese? Hmm. Suggestions from me would to mush up the potato middles some more, even if just with a fork, though I suspect putting them thru a ricer would make them even smoother (but who wants to bother with cleaning a potato masher or ricer when it's just an easy meal for one or two? lol) & add some garlic (I get 'garlic paste' & it comes in a squeeze tube, like it was a travel-sized hand lotion or hair gel, heehee! But that minced garlic in a jar would probably work too. Or even just some garlic powder!), salt & pepper. Maybe more butter, possibly a bit of sour cream or cream cheese as well. Maybe stir in some parmesan cheese before refilling the spud cups. Topped with chopped green onion (either fresh or dried like the parsley) and even more cheese - I want strings of cheese stretching from the spudater to my fork when I go to eat it! :-D Lee seemed so surprised! He also seemed a bit shocked at how hot it still was! lol I'd also eat it with a knife & fork, Lee! Less mess that way, AND I can make sure each bite has a bit of everything! Omnomnom! If you microwave the potato for a few mins before putting in the oven it shaves a lot of time off cooking.
