Hello from a 70 year old guy trying to reduce my upper back curvature from osteoporosis. I cam tell small changes are occurring. I admit that the movements take enough energy to cause me to take 4 minute or two breaks. My goal is to be able to do the whole class without taking rest breaks.

I am loving the senior classes. I found out the osteopenia is worse so this session was especially good. You are amazing-I especially like how you help us know how to hold the body!

Wow, that was extremely challenging for me because of balance issues and ataxia- definitely had to keep one hand on the chair back for some of these exercises, but I did it!👍🏻😉💙💛

Rachel, thank you for another great workout. I noticed that you didn't include any roll downs or other exercises involving flexion of the back. Should exercisers with osteoporosis and osteopoenia avoid flexion?
Hello Norman, yes that’s correct. It’s always recommended to avoid spinal flexion for people with osteoporosis and osteopenia. Extension is highly recommended which is why this session focuses on it as well as lots of core, leg, hip and glute work. Glad you enjoyed it 😊
