Gozo is my favorite place in all of the Mediteranean. I first went there with the U.S. Navy in 1966, and have been back 6 times since then. I'm 73 now so don't know when I will get back there. Would love to go though, Thanks for this video.

I have been to gozo 4 times but the first visit was the best when we walked all around the coastline over a period of 6 days. Some scrambling and impassable areas but highly recommended plus a detailed guide book. David McCabe Dublin ireland
Malta is definitely on our list of places to go to. Your pictures remind us a lot of our trip to Sicily.

I read an article that said Malta was one of the places in europe with the most number of sunny days - your video is definitely convincing me of that.
Liesel81 definitely. The weather is very nice although it gets a bit too hot in summer like 40 degrees and above sometimes. But if you visit in spring the weather should be just right not too cold not too hot ☺️

Thanks for showing us this sister Island, is it used often by Maltese people to get out of their own stressful little paradise? Do you think it is just a question of time until it gets overran as well? Very informmative and great editing as always!
Not quite sure to be honest...there are discussions to develop the rural areas and to build a bridge between the islands. If that happens it will inevitably be over run with development which would be a shame
I don't think the people will ever let that happen. I think they believe in keeping it protected, like a landmark. Just my personal thoughts. I loved visiting Gozo, it's absolutely beautiful!
The only real way to reach the “Mixta Cave” is very the beach and climb the hill/cliff, then walk back via the road to the beach, not bad for a 75-year-old male with a busted knee!
